this is exactly what i was looking for. i use it as a lower back support in my recliner and also use it to stick between my legs when im sleeping and it is perfect, holds its shape well, not too firm and not too soft. very pleased with it

It was not big enough and firm.

I’m still on the fence about it. I like that it is firm but I really bought it so I could watch tv in bed and it’s not comfortable for that. The diameter is a bit much considering that it will not scrunch down when laying on it. It definitely keeps it shape and does not squish down like memory foam. It is slightly denser than my couch cushions.

This pillow is not too soft and not too firm. It is perfect for the small of your back. Very supportive.

I bought this product to use as a neck support. However, it was too large and stiff. However, it is terrific as a low back support.

TLDR: the quality of this is fine, and I'm sure there are use cases where this is exactly what is needed. It is not what I expected, much too firm and large, and does not work for me.I bought this hoping to put it under my knees when sleeping on my back, which I recognize was not the advertised use. I tried it and it worked okay, but not great. Too firm. So I tried it as intended, for my neck.Yeah, no. This thing is freaking huge and WAY too firm, in my opinion. It props up my head way too high so that I'm almost facing forward instead of up. The foam takes actual force to depress. If you brace yourself and shove your head and shoulders into the bed then you can compress it but the instant you let up, it's right back to cylindrical. The rebound time on this is instantaneous (not an exaggeration, I couldn't move my hand up from it fast enough to beat the rebound). It is not by any means like a rock or hard foam, it's just so firm.If an extra-firm cylinder is what you need for whatever reason, this pillows quality seems good. The cover is pretty nice and removable (though the zipper line is exposed and would be uncomfortable if lied on). But for their advertised use for the average person, I think this falls flat (or rather, doesn't).
