Having done my back in several months ago I needed some kind of support when I went back to work. After looking at hundreds of designs and styles I finally settled on this one, and it’s great!The support it gives is perfect for lower-back/lumbar injuries (as mine was), it’s comfortable enough to wear for hours on end though it does make you sweat in hot weather (but what doesn’t!). It’s easy to put on with the cummerbund having a decent amount of velcro, so if you’ve got a belly you’ll be fine, and it won’t slip thanks to the non-slip strips on the inside. The elastic straps to adjust the tightness are easy to adjust to what’s comfortable for you. The supports at the back are comfortable enough when you’ve figured out WHERE you want it to sit which can take some time at first-it’s going to feel strange for a while! It fits under clothes well and doesn’t show unless your tshirt is fairly tight, though you may need to adjust how tight your belt is. Sitting down it may push up a bit, but that’s bearable.Working in an airport the fact that all the parts are plastic is a definite bonus, so for travelling I can definitely recommend it.Overall i’m very impressed with both the design, comfort and value for money. One word of warning-if your wife is anything like mine be prepared for her to start calling it your “corset” 🤣

This was really comfortable to wear and helps with the pain. Ordering another for the wife to help with her hip pain.

On the picture before purchase, it looks like the strengthener for the spine is a seperate piece. This is not the case, it is part of the belt but still gives good support.UPS was supposed to deliver on 1.7.24, we actually received the belt on 4.7.24 due to1. It was loaded onto the wrong delivery van2. I rang England and requested that it not be delivered on the 4th July due to hospital appointments, they said they would message Spain with this information so it was delivered on the 4th July, the day we told them not to deliver (luckily we were home due to a break in appointments)

After a series of ill fitting braces supplied by the NHS, I decided to give this brace a go. Not sorry, it's comfortable and sturdy and helps relieve pain when I'm trying to be active.

I’ve always suffered with upper back pain. Well over the last few months this has become lower back pain as well but to the point I can barely move off the sofa. I use this all the time now and it’s been shockingly good. My back obviously needs that support and this thing fits perfectly.. ok it digs in abit if it’s too tight and wearing it for too long can be uncomfortable but it really depends on how tight you wear it. It’s worked for me.. and nothing for my back pain ever has so I’m just waiting for my back to decide that this isn’t cutting the mustard anymore lol

On a dumper all day old as mummy poop and I swear by this brace. Had to start wearing on a few years back. This is breathable. More so than most things that say breathable. The secondary straps can pull from bottom up for under lumbar support. Or straight on to just keep straight and keep pressure of your spine. Like caring on the dumper. I have two on the shelf just in case I can't find them when I wear this one out. Three should do me to retirement. That's how good they are.

You get what you pay for , it gives a bit of support

My physical therapist told me I need to wear this 24/7 and I have a severe issue with my back due to work injuries.On godThe moment I put this on and I did the tighting of it.All the pain melted away withen the first second and I felt so much freaking relief.I was able to stand up straight and walk and do some slight basics.But the moment I took it off.I felt the pain.I ordered another one just in case but on god.This feels soo good.

Facile da indossare, si riesce a modellare facilmente grazie ai due tiranti laterali. La sensazione è di avere un paio di ali che ti sollevano la zona lombare ed evitano la dolorosa compressione lombo/sacrale. Il dolore (pungente e tornentoso) che da qui si irradiava alla gamba è appena appena percettibile. Finalmente posso ritornare ad una routine di vita decente (prima ogni 10 minuti dovevo sdraiarmi per scaricare la schiena e la gamba!!!) Grandioso colui che ha ideato questo accessorio. Ha tutta la mia stima e riconoscenza.

J'ai 2 hernies discales et cette ceinture me maintien mieux que mes lombacross, je remercie la collègue infirmière qui en avait vanté les mérites et du coup je confirme.Merci et bravo je peux continuer à travailler entre autre grâce à cette ceinture.
