My 97 year old great aunt has just recently become slightly incontinent and has a bit of anal leakage on occasion as well. I have tried to find just the right thing for her, looking at incontinence pads and then menstrual pads. She needed something that was not huge but covered both ends, could be positioned to have wider coverage at the back, had good adhesive, and was unscented. These are the sixth or seventh product we have tried. They are perfect —hit all the marks, and have made her life so much easier. She has a lively lifestyle and gets out of her home frequently. These pads are making that easier. The fact that they are organic makes me happy.

These pads are perfect for bigger than average woman. They are very long and cover the entire underwear. No more doubling up of small pads that just arent big enough. and they are organic. Love them

These pantiliners are absorbent and stay in place, however the layers separate! I have to replace it after two hours of wearing it. I wish someone would get an organic pantyliner right. I am on the fence as to if I will purchase it again.

These liners are far the worst I have ever tried, not to be disrespectful but it seems like they were produced and sold without ever being tried on by a woman. And as I see previous reviews, everybody seems to have the same issue where the cotton layer separates from the part that sticks to the underwear. Not only that, there’s also pieces of cotton everywhere. Try not to fool people with such poor quality products, I wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

It took 2 tries to figure out placement, so they didn't shift or detach. Side tabs are useless at best, and may have contributed to the massive fail day.Either the wicking ability of the cotton is ultrahigh when sweating, or leakproof backing is perforated, am unsure. Stains indicated no fabric coverage where pad was, through 2 layers of fabric.Labelling looks nice, and they were extra long and comfortable, but useless for intended purpose.

I don't use the product but I have, from an unimpeachable source, that these pads are every bit as good as the well-known brands, and significantly less expensive

**EDIT**The company has given me a refund for the product. Although the product isn't great, the customer service is wonderful.I've rotated around different panty liners, always seeking for what is organic, durable, absorbant, and not irritating to my skin. After around half a day of wearing the panty liner, the top sheet would sometimes rip off when going to the bathroom, revealing cotton that can also get stuck to your skin sometimes.This product is definitely not meant to be used as a daily liner, nor as a liner to place on your underwear when wearing tampons as long wear tends to lead to the top sheet ripping off. The liners are a bit thicker than most others so maybe it's best for light flow days but still needs to be replaced couple times throughout the day.

Feels like butter. When they said extra long, they mean it. It covers the whole underwear, front to back! Very good overnight pad coverage! Really happy with these. I felt more secure wearing them, and rolling around. The stick holds well too. Doesn’t slip or come off like other non-toxic sticky parts can with other pads. So far so good with these. Solid purchase! Thank you for making a great pad that’s made from natural organic sources! Well done! Will be buying again, and sharing the word with my girlfriends and family!
