I purchased these not only to bake mini bread loaves, but to pre-freeze food prior to freeze drying. They are very sturdy, although they need to be placed on a baking sheet for moving once filled. Whatever is in it pops right out, and can be hand washed or put in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this set as it can be used for baking, freezing OR, for crafting projects.

You will need to put this on a baking sheet, it is not stiff, but it is a sturdy product. Bread comes out easily, no pretreatment required. Just rinse it to clean. I usually just make small batches of 4 to 6 rolls and This makes baking a lot easier.

I'm not a fan of these type of pans but I was very pleased. You do need to spray heavily with oil but once baked it came out smooth. Evenly cooks too. You do need to put a cookie sheet under it to transport it in and out of the oven. Easy to clean, just threw in the dish washer.

These seem to be good quality, but the size just didn't work for me. My previous mini loaf pan was a bit bigger...these seem to be about half as big as my old one.

I loved it, easy cleaning and to remove the baked goods.

They are just ok. I wouldn’t buy them again

I should have read the dimensions better. While the product itself is great, they are indeed mini. I was wanting more small loaves but the bite size loaves will have to work

Definitely soft. Used pan under, to move, like other reviews said. Great size for cornbread or banana bread or oatmeal bites. Only downside hadnt read already. My dishwasher left white film all over pans. Will handwash only from now, once use white vinegar to remove residue
