Just a basic neoprene mouse pad. It isn't too thick and I really loved this design. Doesn't seem to slip or move around during use.

So far I have been very happy with this desk mat, while there are a few problems most of minimal and don't affect my use of it. Starting off the design looks great, even though your keyboard will likely cover up most of center piece with the koi fish, the rippling water from the koi fish and cherry blossoms pointing to the center makes you keyboard pop more. It adds to the idea that you keyboard is the centerpiece of your desk since all the designs around the edges point towards the center. The color is a lot more washed out then the picture makes it seem, if you place a shadow of the mat the color gets a little bit closer to the deep blue shown in the picture but in the light it is much closer to a washed out light blue almost as if there is a transparent white film over the whole mat. I think the main benefit of this comes from the size, it covers up almost my whole desk giving me so much more room to move around my mouse and keyboard as needed without needing my adjust my mouse pad with and does a great job at protecting the desk.Using the deskmat I had no drastic change compared to other desk mats, I will admit I have never tried any super expensive desk mats but I have also never had any issues with the deskmats I have used and this deskmat in particular was no diffrent. My mouse still felt accurate and quick with no skipping or loss in tracking. The top of it is fairly clean to clean, I have spliied plenty of crumbs and liquids on it but have had no issue with them leaving stains. The rubber on the bottom gives plenty of grip so the mat does not slide around. The biggest issues I see with the deskmat is how thin it is. The stitching on the edge that prevents fraying along with the whole mat in general is about half as thick as other deskmats I have tried, so far this has not led to an issues but I think you can expect the mat to be a bit less durable than thicker mats. However at the price point ($19 at time of review) I still think it is a great deal for a overall well designed desk mat.

this mat grips great. the print quality looks good from about 3 feet but has dots closer than 2 feet. my mouse works great even on the solid black parts. the edges are single stitched but sealed great. it is about a quarter of an inch thick even one the edges without any bumps or ridges.

This mat was perfect for my desk. It fits perfectly and the quality feels soft to the touch, the design isn't pixelated or blurry which was my biggest concern but i was pleasantly surprised that the colors were also vibrant and pigmented. I think that for less than $20 you get a high quality and colorful desk mat that adds so much to the space!

Good desk/mouse mat. Cute print, nice color, cleans pretty well. Fits both keyboard and mouse. Good value.

Pad is perfect for my desk.. IT is helpful when I have long days and am able to rest my arms comfortably
