Been on for just over a week. Reduced dose to one capsule as felt jittery (although that could very well be due to my condition! I felt like I was extra jittery), on one capsule I feel like they have done everything they’ve claimed. I just seem to manage things abit better. Possibly placebo effect 🤷‍♀️ But as they are vitamins can only be good to take. So I’d recommend on my experience.

I did find that I had to up the dose to 4 tablets to get the benefit. Found myself more calmer with better energy and performance. This may be different person to person so that’s just my experience.

I've been taking turmeric for years now and they have definitely cleared up my arthritis which had started in my fingers and hands on my joints the lumps have actually gone.With the added ashwaganda I have felt my bloating gone down, and certainly lost a bit of weight but I am watching calories too, I'm just buying my second pot
