Neewer outdid itself with this Beauty Dish!!! It is AWESOME!!! Fits perfectly on my Vision 4 Strobe. The material it is made of is good and the spiderweb system in place to expand it to connect to your strobe while shoot is excellent and the ability to retract it for storage after a shoot is perfect for me. And it has a bag that it fits perfectly in to store it.

I love this beauty dish... being collapsible, it stores easily yet assembles in minutes. I don't have to worry about it getting dented and taking up extra space lie a traditional beauty dish and it basically has the same profile as a collapsible softbox. At 28 inches its a nice medium size thats not took small or too big for portable usage in small spaces. The build quality is great and while its understood that it may not last forever like a traditional dish, for the purposes for which I need it... portable, location based photoshoots in areas where transporting equipment may not be straightforward... its perfect!

Works great, folds up compact easy to setup and take on the go with me. Would definitely buy another one

This is a solidly made product. It uses a locking system to go from "folded in the bag" to "ready to use". The first time I locked all the sections into place, I thought I was going to break the thing, but after that it gets easier to lock in place. It connects to a Bowens mount. It comes with a diffuser which slides right onto the front of it with ease (not pictured). I use it with my Godox flashes (any flash with wireless triggering would work) and the Godox S-type bracket, which I highly recommend. While we sometimes put it on a lightstand, we are pet photographers and want the light to be able to go down to ground level. To save the assistant's back, I connected a monopod to the S-type bracket, making it a hand held beauty dish which can quickly be moved to any position on the ground or several feet overhead. I have been using this bowens mount softbox for over 2 years and have opened / closed it hundreds of times. I travel with it everywhere because it is lightweight and super durable. I have several expensive softboxes that cost 10 times as much, but this one is by far my favorite. The only thing I've had to repair, is the carry bag - it gets a lot of abuse being hauled around in a large athletic bag along with tripods and light stands.

I'm not too happy with this product. It does what it states. I have an issue with the material and durability of it.

Pretty potable, which is what I like about it. Easy to use. Seems to be well made.

I really like this product but it fell over and one of the support rods broke so now part of it is bent over. Is it possible to buy these rods separately? I don't want to buy another whole soft box because of one little issue.
