Ive been using this one for a few weeks and can tell you that it does not taste as good as the other ones Ive used, but its because this one has less sweeteners and is more of a pure and true beet powder. I can tell this powder is a more natural just by opening the bag and smelling the "earthiness" of it. Also, this has more beet concentrate and less other ingredients like "natural flavors or citric acid" that many other beet powders have. Buy this powder and add your own sweeteners if you like but this is the real deal.

It works great! I replaced a popular sweetened brand with this as the amount of Stevia in that brand started giving me heart burn and stomach irritation every time I used it it also has added NO boosters so the effect was a little more but not worth the heartburn. This one does not cause me any problems and still gives me great effects!

I bought this beet powder to make my red velvet cookies without red food coloring. They have always been a favorite of my family and friends but I haven’t made them In years because I no longer use artificial food coloring. The powder enhanced the flavor without tasting like beets, but didn’t really do much in the way of color. I didn’t use enough to get the health benefits, but the cookies taste better and I can feel good about the quality of ingredients. I also used this powder to make an amazing strawberry protein smoothie. I just added a tbsp. The beet flavor was more pronounced, but quite tasty when paired with the berries. The price point for this product is good for the quality and the amount since a little goes a long way. Beets are hard to get in the mountains of PA and expensive when they are available. I highly recommend.

I purchased this originally to use with Henna & Sorrel because I was hoping to have burgundy colored hair. Well it didn’t happen I was left with the normal bright reddish tones. So I decided to read the reviews and my husband is looking for tabs. I tried this tonight with watermelon juice and it was ok. I can truly taste the beets and yes it is does taste earthy. I will definitely add this to my diet as I would like to see better BP numbers I’m good but I would like to be back in the teens.

This last batch sent to me tasted weird, more like dirt or spoiled somehow.
