It's a rare thing to know the author of a book, and it's even more rare to have your expectations exceeded in spectacular fashion.This book is very easy to read, because it is broken down into small manageable chunks of information.The insight and advice is straight forward, practical, and accessible. It isn't hidden behind vague metaphors...or grandiose in any way.Many of the bits of advice have already worked their way into my daily life...and that is the truest testament of a book of this nature.Loved it!

Mr. Stout has written a very good practical book on growing a successful business, because he himself built a successful business and is still growing it. Most business books are written by appointed CEOs (not those who began and built the business) and usually carry the same taste. This book is different in a very good way and it’s worth reading.

Perfect book for daily motivation and to bookmark and go back and read when you need a pick me up. Simple things like, “train not with the best but the hungriest person in the room.” This book is full of principles not hypothesis, the teachings in this book are universal in anything you do in life.
