I like the product fit my bike how I hoped they would

No matter where I put it or how I adjusted it all I could see was my leg. It just did sit high enough to be able to get the right view. I tried to put it on my RadMission Power bike.

I've been a bike commuter for many years and have used a lot of bike mirrors. A lot of them are a very flimsy, thin plastic mirror with a stretchy silicone strap to attach it to your bike. This is a much more substantial, heavy duty mirror with a thick arm and metal clamp. I could see this mirror lasting a lot longer than most of them and putting up with more abuse. The negative is, the screw-on metal clamp is not going to perfectly fit all handlebars (unlike the stretchable silicone types), and the way the arm and mirror are connected doesn't allow for adjusting it to all angles. I was going to use this on my road bike (with drop bars) but the angle of the mirror is wrong for attaching it to drop bars. It will work on flat bars provided that the clamp is the right size for your handlebar.

Honestly, I did not put this on my bike. I was about to, and I was comparing it to the one I was replacing. This one was slightly larger, which is a plus. But then I noticed: it has a slight magnification factor. This means the effective field of view is reduced. No, that is not what I need when I'm on a bike. I need to glance to my left and immediately take in a large amount of information, not move my head around to try to see at the corners of the image in the mirror. The parts seem like decent quality, but this is a design flaw I can't live with.

Really good mirror. But all depends on how you use it. I’m a little hard and rough on my bike so the screws tend to get lose over time but nothing major. No issues really. It’s worked and makes me feel safer on busy roads.

Got this for biking round town. It is easy to install and you can rotate it just like a car mirror to ensure the view you want. Easy to keep clean with glass cleaner. Good value.

The Amazon description and the front of the box says this mirror is acrylic, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that it's actually glass. Acrylic mirrors usually can't match the clarity and brilliance of glass, and tend to distort images and get scratched easily. I consider mirrors a must-have safety item, so a clear view is essential. The fact that this is a glass mirror is an unexpected bonus! Another thing that I really like is the "just right" size and very solid construction. The mirror is large enough to clearly see what's behind without being gigantic like many of the very similar, trending mirrors here on Amazon. (I'm sure huge mirrors provide a great view, but they look like they belong on a motorcycle instead of a bicycle. Probably intended for e-bikes and scooters.) The hinged handlebar clamp is made of metal instead of cheap plastic, and it really blends well with the the mirror's immaculately finished, chunky plastic arm. At a glance, you'd think the arm is metal too, but despite being plastic it feels very rigid and sturdy. The hinged clamp makes mounting super quick and easy. Once properly tightened down, the mirror stays in place on bumpy roads while still being easy to adjust. I'm very impressed with the high quality fit and finish of this great mirror, and I'd happily buy another one without reservation.

This seems like such a great mirror - but not for my bike. My bike does have the “road” handlebars, but it has a gear indicator right next to the handlebar grip (see photo). This is exactly where the mirror attachment should be. I was able to install the mirror, but not in the correct location. I did get the mirror briefly aligned where the corner of the mirror showed a glimpse of the road behind. But I need more than just a glimpse to feel safe. I need a different style of mirror for my bike.This seems to be a great mirror. It went on easily and was easy to adjust. But don't be like me. Check your bike before you order.
