Product came with obviously re-used painted side facing out. It came un-assembled and missing screws and nuts. Very flimsy as well.

Missing hardware
The product doesn’t come with nuts to secure the support brackets to the bottom ring. I ended up using some steel wire. The metal is thin and has sharp edges. But still functional.
