LA JOLIE MUSE 10 Inch Hanging Planters for Indoor Plants, Outdoor Hanging Planters, Grey, Honeycomb, Set of 2

I bought this as a replacement pot for my 75+ year-old cactus that has been passed down from my great-grandmother. My spawned baby had gotten too big to be on a stand in the window where he is happy. I needed something lightweight, attractive, and easy to pot into because he is a relatively fragile plant that easily breaks with too much manipulation and handling. This is only the 4th time he has been reported since I received a section to grow in 1995. I also needed a bit bigger pot - moved him from an 8” to a 10”, and something with a drainage hole that I can use if necessary but plugged up when he’s hanging.I was a little leery about this pot because it is plastic, but it is beautiful! The design is subtle and the plastic is matte, giving it a more expensive look. It is much lighter than ceramic. The hanging strings are sturdy and can be somewhat adjusted longer or shorter. In total the strings are not very long, so you may need to get an extender if the plant needs to hang lower. It’s 16” from the bottom of the hook to the top of the planter in my case. The strings are very easy to tie (watch the video on the product page). The ability to untie was great, because I did not have to manipulate the plant around the strings - untied them to expose the entire pot, moved the cactus, then adjusted the strings around the plant and retied.This pot was a win! Looking forward to finding another cool plant for the second one.

These are very cute and drain well. I loved how easy it was to clean any dirt off the outside of the planters. They are very durable and a great price.

This is a nice hanging pot that can also be carefully placed on a table. It comes with a drainage hole that has a stopper if needed. I’m not fond of the metal parts that hold the string to the pot. It actually slipped out as I was placing my plant pieces in the pot. It also seems like the metal part could/will rust over time. I’m cautiously optimistic that this pot will be acceptable for now but not sure that I would get them again. I’ll see how they hold up over the summer into the fall when I return the plants back inside the house.

These are really cute planters! Unfortunately, both sets I ordered were splotchy white. I ended up spray painting them white for an even color. The ropes for hanging are also shorter than any of my other hanging pots at 16 inches from edge of planter to top of rope hanger.EDIT: the seller reached out and was very responsive to my issue with the color quality. They resolved the matter with a refund.

Exactly what we hoped they’d look like upon arrival and hanging them was a breeze.

I love the way they look and I have planted in both but one was cracked so I hopefully fixed it so it will stay together. I had already started planting in it when I realized it. Hopefully the mend will hold. They are very nice to look at and my cutting look really good in them.

The planters are a high quality plastic type of material. I normally wouldn’t like that, but the texture and matte finish make it so that you can’t tell. These are beautiful and sturdy. I used them for a fake plant hanging over electronics, but I would use them for real plants also. The drainage hole can be plugged if you want. The hanging rope/cord was pre-strung and balanced perfectly. I was worried I would have to redo it to get a level on the bowl, but they did a great job. Overall, it’s just a really nice product and you can’t beat the price since you get two. I would definitely purchase again or recommend to others.

I spent a full day creating this plant wall, and with the exception of 2 small pots, everything is from Amazon. I was worried about how to repot my Pothos in these hanging baskets without creating a root rot situation, but as it turned out I was able to remove the plastic hanger from the original pot, and just set it into these. As the Pothos grow, you really won’t be able to see the original pot at all, and now I can bottom water, which I really prefer!These are a great size, and the finish is matte - it reminds me of a fossil. I would probably swap out the cord for hanging (like the handle of a gift bag) if using these outside, and I actually bought some chains from Amazon that I will be using for this on other baskets. Since this is inside, and less subjected to weather, I think the provided hanger should work well for quite a while.If I hadn’t filled up my windows, I’d definitely buy a few more of these!
