Excellent flavor. Nice size boards. Able to use more than once.

Planks are big enough for large piece of salmon. But they could be a little thicker.

High quality, but could be better. Because of how large they are, if they were a little thicker they would have burned a little slower. the edges of my salmon were burnt. Full disclosure, this was the first time I grilled a whole filet on a plank, but it was hard to keep the edges from flaming and in turn over cooking the edges of the fish. Otherwise these were the best planks I ever purchased. No splinters, great taste and FLAT!

12 planks and they were the biggest I could find. Has the space for main dish for 6 people. No complaints.

Have been looking for larger cedar planks and these fit the bill. However, several planks were significantly warped (1/2” rise off a flat surface) and a few cracked in half lengthwise — likely from being warped and compressed in shipment.

Cost per unit is much lower when buying in bulk with the same quality.

This is my second case of these I have ordered as well as the smaller size too. I grill salmon once a week. My favorite is just rub the salmon with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper and Herbs De Provence. Been doing this for years. My family of 5 and I are not sick of it yet. My older sons say they dont like to order salmon when we eat out (whenever that may be again) because my cedar plank salmon is so good. These are great quality and such a terrific value. Love them. I get nervous when my stack gets too small.

Lot of knotholes compared to other boards. Catch on fire too easily compared to other boards. Surface is too rough compared to other boards who wants splinters. Just buy something else.
