Good product
Very comfortable. You will sweat in these pants if it's hot and humid.

Work Great
These work great. I always keep them on the bike and use them often in the pouring rain. They haven’t turned into a rain thong. I did add a 1” strap that goes underneath my boot to keep them from raising up over my boot. Work even better now.

Not bad for light use.
I've had a lot worse! Not really made for every day use, but perfect for keeping in your bag. I use them for a windbreaker during late night rides coming home from work. Burt a hole in the leg on my first day. Do NOT let it touch exhaust pipe! All my fault. (Black duct tape is a good repair)Lots of leg room. Nice to be able to get to pants pockets thru the rainsuit pocket.

Dry
When you order, they come a little on the large side. Worth the money. Easy to get on and off over the boots. Haven't worn them on the bike yet so I'm skeptical about the "heat shields"

They're great, but...
While I like almost everything about these pants, from the reflective aspect, to the wind/water resistance they provide, to the fit over my jeans and at the waist, I do have one complaint; the elastic at the ankles is too loose. Perhaps they are made to go over ski boots or something similar, but even over my jeans and motorcycle boots, they don't cinch close and I do get a some wind up my pants leg.

Not perfect, but great for the money
These rain pants are so much better for my use than the old rubber (or something) line pants they replaced. they take up about 1/2 the room and I don't sweat in them nearly as much. Now in Panama (the country), I need rain gear that is always with me and can handle deluges. Even more important for the pants is that they can handle the tidal wave that a truck passing in 4 inches or more of water throws at you (happened just last week). It would be nice if they had snaps or velcro (or combination of both) at the sides of the ankles to add a boot strap to hold them down. Most light rain days that is just something else to get broken and tangled up on pegs (has happened with the old ones). Suggestion, add the connecting points, include one set, and make available to purchase replacements as needed (and adjustable in length). Can't speak to longevity as I have only had them for a couple of months. But I have already used them more times than a couple of years of rain gear use when I lived in Phoenix..I love the easy access to inner pockets, but at least one waterproof outer pocket would be nice, but not required). Others have said the snap pocket cover leaks, well I haven't had an issue yet, but my riding is only a couple of hours each time, so far. I could see an issue if riding all day in them, but haven't any evidence as yet.Enjoy

Fabric comes apart and zipper leaks water due to location
This is supposed to be the motorcycle version of these pants (Road Toad). I have two problems with them. I've had them just a few months and have only had the opportunity to wear them three times. The fabric is already starting to come apart all over the place (See photographs). I'm not sure if they got a bad batch of fabric, or what, but they shouldn't be releasing products made out of this. Second and even worse, Frog Toggs for whatever reason, put the leg zipper on the front outside where it is MOST likely to get hit by rain and they did not put a flap over it like they did on the most expensive version of their pants. That makes this upgraded (for motorcycle use) version of the Frog Toggs pants almost worthless for their intended purpose as they will instantly allow water in the zipper and thus onto your pants and boots below (see picture). The only part of my clothes that is ever wet is directly below that zipper! What were you thinking Frog Toggs? These pants would be going back immediately if they were within the Amazon return windows still. Don't buy these.

Wore them for a week long trip with frequent rain.
They kept me dry except near the ankles.

Good rain protection for price
I bought these as I don't have a pair of waterproof motorcycle pants, and needed protection on a long trip. For the cost, I would recommend them 100%.I rode through a 4 hour rain storm and stayed mostly dry. The seat/crotch area was fine, it was only around the boots where I got a little wet. These could benefit from being a bit longer, and having a tightening mechanism on the cuff. They aren't the prettiest pants, but again, the price is right. One word of caution is to be careful around your exhaust. While they have a heat shield, it only protects the inside of the leg in the riding position. I stood too close to the exhaust while refueling and melted a couple holes in the pants within a few seconds of contact.

XXL
I purchased these for when riding my motorcycle, but have not worn them in any rain just yet. They feel like they would repel the rain quite nicely and they fit over my jeans perfectly. These are made to be roomy as they are meant to go over your clothes. I am a 40" waist, so I got the XXL (2X) and they are perfect.Price is right! They check all boxes for the price for sure!I gave a 4-star because I have not had them long and not tested in the rain...but seeing all the posts and actually feeling these, I am sure the rain would simply bead off of them.

Not The Best Choice
As stated buy another reviewer, I had the same problem with the waistband on the inside fraying. The pants have only been worn about 7 times and just for walking. The waistband is getting pretty frayed and will not last much longer. They have been returned. I will look for another brand. The material used for these pants is very questionable as to the durability. They are suppose to be for an active person, riding, running, etc. I just walked in them and the waistband frayed. Not a recommended choice.

Kept me completely dry after riding 2 hours in the pouring rain.
I was very pleased with this product's ability to keep me dry, riding a motorcycle in the rain for hours.I expected it to just keep me from being completely miserable, but when I took it off after 2 hours of riding in the rain, my clothes underneath were completely dry.At such a low price point, this article punches above its weight. One little note: I should have rolled up my jeans a bit underneath, as the end of the jeans were the only part of my clothes that got wet (as the jeans would poke out from these pants when I put my foot down.).
