Q: Will it fit an iphone 12 pro max with an Otterbox case?

May not with the Otterbox case. I have an 11 Pro Max with a low profile clear case and it just barely fits that. I'm thinking the Otterbox is a pretty bulky case.

Q: Does it work with an iphone 14 pro max & case?

No, the phone is too heavy and constantly falls off

Q: Will this fit an iPhone XR?

I can only say that it fits iPhone 11 Pro but not with a case on it. It almost fits my case but not quite. And to be fair to the product the description states that. I just decided to take a chance on it. If you can compare the 11 pro with yours you might be able to decide.
