This pen has a compact footprint, but writes like a full sized rollerball. With a strong metal frame and a full sized cartridge, you can fill a couple hundred pages with your thoughts and observations before you have to change it out. There is a slight contour at the grip for ergonomic handling, and a taper at the end allowing the cap to easily fit over top of the pen and then thread into the main body to form a full sized and substantive writing implement. The clip is strong and holds to any pocket with ease.This EDC pen has a clean and elegant appearance. With fine metal accents and wear resistant finish, it is a stylish and sophisticated accessory.I carry this EDC pen with me most places. It is a convenient solution for my daily notes. I highly recommend it for anyone on the go.

Just received my pen today and was not disappointed. The color, the finish, the capturing of the pen cap on the front end and the back end absolutely smooth. This is my first Scriveiner and it will most certainly NOT be my last.Being a pen turner, I appreciate the weight, the balance, the feeling in my hand, and the chrome accents. The packaging was also top notch and puts a lot of other pens in the shade.I love a great writing instrument, and this could get battered and abused, the body scratched, the chrome chipped l, and in the end its still absolutely superb.The ink, a schmidt safety ceramic rollerball, is a great choice for this pen. You need to be a little picky about the paper you use, which I am, and this pen performs above and beyond my expectations.This is an EDC pen...Every Day Carry instrument. It will receive abuse. If you bought it to stay "pretty" don't get this pen. If you buy it for its performance then you're not going to be disappointed.

Wonderful pen. Great weight and hand fill. The screw on cap is very secure. The size is absolutely perfect. It fits easily in my front pocket or shirt pocket so I can always have it with me. I can happily recommend to anyone looking for a pen to carry in all situations

You may want an EDC pocket pen, but you don't need to look like you're in the Army Rangers. In fact, you'd like the best of both worlds: an EDC pen that looks nice. This one has it, and with several options. I opted for the blue finish. It also solves two of my pet peeves about pens: 1. Most pens stick up out of my shirt pocket because they're too long. This one is very short by comparison and will fit fine. 2. When I'm writing with a lot of pens, the top will fall off while I'm writing, which I hate. This screws in place, so the top/cap will stay on. Beyond all that, it feels good in the hand, writes well, and you get an extra refill. I don't like boring clips; this one is Art Deco and looks great. I like how the logo is on the band and the top of the pen. Unlike most pens, even good ones, you can register it. The manual is emailed to you and is very clear. There are a LOT of refill options, and I can't say I entirely understand the differences. I'd like to try one of their fountain pens, but for everyday use, the rollerball is great. You can get a Schmidt Refill Fibre Fasermine if you like felt-tip pens, which I do. I'd like to know if you can get a ballpoint refill for this pen. Overall, this is an exceptional pen.

Extremely well crafted writing instrument. The chrome finish on the one I received was perfect. And, the heft of the pen just screams quality. The only thing I would recommend to other purchasers is a little silicone oil (very little) on the threads of the ink cartridge dome cap. The threads are extremely fine and could easily misalign and strip out in my opinion. The oil allows the threads to easily meet without hanging up on the leading edge. Also, no need to over tighten the cap as it locks tight with little pressure on either end. The cartridges write very well on a variety of stock. Mine also came with a free bonus in the box if you act withing 10 days of purchase--very nice touch. I would buy again from this company.

This my first rollerball pen from Scriveiner. Enjoy their fountain pens for writing at my desk. Was looking for an EDC pen, decided to give this one a try. So far, I really enjoy this pen, it is very comfortable and works flawlessly. Definitely recommend for an EDC pen.

I bought one as a gift and liked it so much that I decided to get one for myself. The pen is truly beautiful, with impressive craftsmanship. Since I write a lot for work, I was eager to try it out. However, the performance was disappointing—whether it’s the cartridge or the ball, the ink doesn’t flow consistently, and sometimes it won’t write at all. I even tried using blue refills, but the problem persisted. While the pen has great balance and looks stunning, its performance doesn’t match its appearance. It’s a shame because it looks fantastic!The company reached out and made everything right, amazing customer service!!!
