Good for making matcha with fine powder
Great product , does its intended job , the size is perfect to fit over a matcha bowl or cups for powder chocolate art or icing , great value for money as it was so inexpensive , I have only hand washed so far and it's been very easy to clean

It's a great sieve. Only it's a bit small. Entirely my own fault for getting it wrong!!

Food gets caught
Can't use for anything but sifting and straining larger pieves of vegetables. Anything small like cut up parsley gets caught up under the flange and the wire. Impossible to get out.
