Pros; they are super comfy to wear! They don’t cut into my skin like the traditional ones and I LOVE that bc I like to wear these hiking. Comes w a storage case which is nice.Cons; kind of hard to put on, they need a ring/clasp so you can thread them, like traditional ones which would be easier (hence the 4 stars). They are kind of small for the ankles and I have pretty small ankles.. but I wish they did bc these don’t cut into my skin, but I’ll stick w/using them for my wrists.Overall; I really like them!

Easy to move the weights around or remove one or more pieces if needed. The band attaches with very strong hook-and-loop fasteners. When they are 'zipped' closed on the wrist or ankle, they do not come loose until you want to remove them.The whole device, with the fabric band and the external silicone material not being affected by getting wet. That is a nice feature because we all know any weight equipment gets funky with sweat with regular use. Just rinse or soak them, dry them with a towel and leave them for the band material to dry. They will be ready for your next use with no accumulated perspiration to begin to smell bad.The triangular shape of the individual weights on the band allow the band to flex to the shape of your ankle or wrist. Unlike handheld weights, these can't slip out of your hand at a critical moment. Or, if you have hand pain with arthritis or injury, these to not put weight on the hand of stress your fingers.If you like you bling, these have sparkly material embedded in the silicone. It is hard to see, but if you enlarge either of my photos, the sparkly bits become visible.

They are really great for some extra weight while walking for me. They are durable, feel good on your skin, and stay on no matter what you do. I flailed like crazy in this thing. The only thing you can do to get it to come off is intentionally separate the velcro. Lovely product overall. If you like how it looks, don't worry about the quality, because it's great!

These ankle weights are comfortable to wear and are quite pretty to look at with their sparkly pattern! They work exactly as you'd expect, which is nice, and they're an overall good weight for someone looking for just a little bit of resistance!

The best thing about these ankle weights is that even though it says 1 lb, that's somewhat adjustable. It's 1 lb through a series of different slide on pieces, and I think if you wanted to, you could just remove them and work with less. It is easily adjustable and stays on my ankle. If you are looking to improve your strength, for contortion, ballet, or whatever it might be, these might be a good beginner option. But 1 lb is probably lighter than you think, so if you've been working for some time, you might want a higher weight.

After wearing these, you can feel a difference when removed. They have built some leg endurance for me and don’t chafe when worn during exercise

These weights have a great adjustable Velcro band. My wrists are thin and sometimes weights slide around.The design of this set with the Velcro is solid. I wore them just doing regular stretching and there was no slipping/sliding.I don’t think the glitter is essential. Perfect if you like that look; not over done if you do not like glitter and glitz.The point is these are well-fitting ankle/wrist weights at a good price.I think the packaging is very nice.
