Magic Clean Aquarium Fish Tank Algae & Dirt Sponge, Removes Algae & Lime Deposits Effortlessly For A Clean Fish Tank

I have a white Fluval Flex tank and I'm constantly dealing with green algae which looks awful on the white background on the tank. I've tried all sorts of items to clean it and this has by far been the best. Was actually so easy to do with this sponge. So good for cleaning the glass too. It soaks up the algae rather than scrubs it off. Definitely recommend. I have one negative thing to say, is that the sponge started tearing after just one clean, but to be honest, my tank looks so good after using this, that I don't mind. I've now got 2 sponges because it tore in half. Give it a try if you have stubborn algae.

I don’t use it for scrubbing algae off the tank glass, the sponge is too gentle. However, I find this sponge most useful in filtering tank water. The sponge is very fine, with the smallest pores, and thus even tiniest particles of dirt get captured! My tank water has never been so clear - no chemicals needed!!

It got the glass clean so quick without having to a scrub.

It does fall apart after...6-8 uses. But it is highly effective at removing the algae, therefore have ordered again. May be worth cutting it in half?

Does the job, but falls apart after a few uses. Still the best thing I've found for cleaning the algae from my fish tank though. I will buy again.
