Was easy to assemble very well constructed everything is meta breast nickel finish was excellent! The only issue I had was one of the O-rings had cut in it and it leaked but they provided plenty of extras approximately 10 extra O-rings. They Provided everything that you needed including the Teflon for sealing and everything is well packaged in high density plastic type foam Was worried about the sprayer being so small but it is one of the most powerful that I have seen. I get this A+ highly recommend and it looks great.

Let me start off by saying this thing was so easy to install and the build quality of material actually being stainless steel instead of cheap plastic parts was a bonus. The handheld hose for the handheld shower head the arm for the shower head all of it is stainless not the thickest but definitely a good build quality. The price was amazing and shopping on Amazon You cannot go wrong at least not with this product. I received it very quickly and actually it installed within 15 to 20 minutes. Definitely a keeper and definitely would recommend.

Our water pressure isn't the greatest. Works good with most shower heads, but only trickled out of half the holes in this one. Had to return.

It’s a 10+. It is absolutely a winner. I installed it in minutes. Tremendous value for your money.There is not one bad thing I can say about it.I just don’t get why would anyone spend hundreds of $$$ on a shower head when you can get a product like this for a fraction.

Love it large rain fall and love the hand held

The size is nice, it worked great for a few weeks but it does not stay up for long, the shower head is so heavy and unbalanced that it keep turning...

I was VERY skeptical about buying a shower head from an unknown brand on Amazon, but I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.The unit itself is really simple to install. Just make sure that you wrap teflon tape around any of the threaded joints (directly on the threads before screwing together). 5 wraps will do fine. Although I'm quite DIY savvy, I do read directions first, just in case. The instructions were clear, easy to read, and with adequate pictures. I would rate this as a 1/5 difficulty of installation (eg., as long as you have two working hands that you can hold over your head for a minute or two, you can do this).The main shower head has good water pressure (i.e., it gently sprays out, not dripping), though of course your home needs to also have good water pressure. Switching to the wand also results in excellent pressure. Blending the two results in adequate pressure as well.My soul complaint is that I could wish for a couple more feet of hose length. For reference, my rough in pipe (where the unit attaches) sits about 6 feet off of the tub base. The wand will dangle about 1 foot above the tub face. Not especially useful if you need to sit/kneel to use it (which seems like a pretty typical use case for a shower wand).Other than that one complaint, I am very pleased with this. We've been using it daily for several months now and enjoy taking showers much more because of it. Excellent value.Note: the unit is definitely all stainless steel (therefore having some heft). Make sure your rough-in is sturdy before you install this!

Gosh this shower head has more protective packaging than a TV... Three layers of foam and stuffs are wrapped in more foams... I now feel obligated to keep the packaging...Jokes aside, this is a very good quality product. Everything is in metal. Everything is solid and gorgeous. Every joint are actually ratchet rather than just friction. It's very finger print resistant. Can't honestly believe it that I cannot put finger print on that big flat shiny metal. Everything is just premium.The installation is simple enough. Everything just need to thread in. Quick and simple. One only caution is its VERY heavy... Heavy to hold/install, and heavy for the pipe. Its weight literally pulled apart my silicon seal, which I had to reapply. I guess good stuffs come with heft!The shower experience is heavenly. I feel like shower in a warm rain. Soooooo nice. It has feature/valve to control water coming out of the head or the hand-held. Very useful feature if you have a kid to shower with you. Nobody gets cold!In the end, it looks gorgeous! This single reason is good enough to recommend this :P
