Quality product ideally suited for permanent irrigation applications.Flexibility - this pipeline is rigid making it well suited to subsurface applications i.e. buried beneath lawn as unlikely to be significantly compressed by the turf above. That said it is difficult to bend round tight corners without kinking. For tight corners purchase a pack of right angle connectors. When using with the connectors I didn't use jubilee clips or similar as was a very tight fit. Consider dipping ends in boiling water to ease installation.Value for money - more expensive than some options, but worth the money.Considerations - if planning to use in a flexible situation i.e. running along a contoured border, consider a quality conventional hosepipe instead.

All of the claber stuff is good, easy to use and leak free - used this item to extend my irrigation system in raised flower beds, works a treat.

All Claber equipment is good quality. This supply pipe is better quality being thicker that some other I have used.

I recently purchased this 25 m roll to extend and improve delivery rates of my domestic garden irrigation system, it was cheaper than the 15 metre roll, it appears tough, has a decent wall thickness and feels a little more firm than a previous pipe from a different manufacturer, it would have been the perfect item. However, the inner and outer diameters are 5% greater than the published sizes-Inner bore diameter 13.7mm (published 13mm)External diameter 16.8mm (published 16mm)This oversize can't be accounted for as metric equivalent to 1/2 inch (which is smaller) and this prevented re-use of tees and elbows from the existing 13mm HL , they were a loose fit and prone to leaking or popping off under pressure. I tried Claber ratchet hose clips for additional security, but these didn't clamp down sufficiently on the 13mm pipe, they too are intended for their own 16.8mm OD hose. My only option was to purchase a number of Claber fittings, which were a good fit in the new hose and the screw-in insertion made assembly easier, these larger fittings could still be pushed into the heated ends of the existing 13mm hose. BUT the new fittings were rather expensive in comparison to the original 13mm ISO items.On original installation, I ran the original 13mm hose beneath a gravelled pot garden (plant containers!), in areas of higher footfall, it was protected from damage (gravel being pressed into the pipe) by running it inside PVC cable trunking. The larger external diameter of this Claber product wouldn't fit inside the trunking, so I have lost this added protection.I persevered with the Claber pipe and fittings because I had cut and run several sections before discovering the sizing issue, it's larger bore would also provide a theoretically greater water flow (trying to justify the extra cost). I now know of it's quirks and have purchased another roll to complete the project without changing diameters again!If modifying an existing system of 13mm pipes and fittings, these can be re-used most efficiently by replacing with this Claber pipe and fittings at the supply end, using a Claber union into warmed original pipe as a step down to reuse smaller pipe and fittings towards the delivery end.

Bis jetzt hatten wir immer (aus Bequemlichkeit?) die Standardmarke für Gartenzubehör. (gard...) Irgendwann, wenn man mehr davon braucht geht das aber ganz schön ins Geld und ich habe daher nach qualitativ Gleichwertigem gesucht und hier gefunden. Funktioniert wie das Original nur günstiger. Auch das Zubehör wie Erdspiesse kaufen wir kein Original mehr. Teilweise besser von der Handhabung her und wesentlich erschwinglicher. Ich kann bis heute keinen Nachteil erkennen. Es tut was es soll.

A dispetto del prezzo (più che accettabile) è un prodotto di qualità altissima. Maltrattato e usato per una intera estate, con acqua molto calcarea ed in pieno sole, non si è alterato in nessuno modo.È piuttosto duro da forare ma una volta fatto è resistentissimo. Unica pecca: tende un po' a mantenere la forma arrotolata e non si stende sempre benissimo
