Uriage 1st Peri-Oral Care, Irritated and Weakened Mouth Contour, 30 ml, (Pack of 1)

I have suffered with perioral dermatitis for many many years. It has caused me to become so self conscious when it should flare up. I didnt know what was causing it and to this day I still don't know. However I have purchased this cream about a month ago and it had completely gone. The rash is gone. Finally! I feel my confident self again

First time I had ever bought or used this cream, and I cannot praise its fast reparatory results enoughForget about the top skincare brands if you have developed dermatitis. This has to be treated with the mildest of creams - alcohol-free, acid-free. And what better cream to use than one which is specifically formulated to be gentle enough for baby skin!About 6 days ago I had developed itchy, red and extremely flaky skin from the edges of my mouth down to my jawline. Opening my mouth to eat would cause this skin around my mouth to hurt and crack/split. I would touch my skin around this area and pieces would flake off onto my jumper! I had no idea what this was, but I initially tried to treat it as dry skin caused by my Epiduo acne cream, so I used my normal La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo moisturiser, which made my skin sting and feel more sore! Then I tried The Ordinary Moisturising Factors cream, which also stung upon application. For reference, both these creams have an acid in (one has salicylic acid whilst the other hyaluronic acid).After some research it turned out it was highly likely to be perioral dermatitis caused by my topical steroid acne cream. I had been using it daily recently and it is quite strong. I looked into some creams on Amazon and this was the one I thought I'd try first, as it was half the price of any La Roche Posay or Bioderma ones that people had recommended. Upon arrival (3 days ago) I used it immediately. Here are my results:1 day later: redness reduced, no more itching or soreness2 days later: no itchiness, hardly any flaky, dry skin left, just a tiny bit around the very corner of mouth3 days later: see picture attached. Skin looks hydrated again, just a bit bumpy underneath healing from the redness and damage.Please note: I am only writing this review because of how relieved/thrilled/happy I am with the results. A few days ago I was so ashamed of how bad it was that I was glad to have to wear a face mask everywhere out and about!

Sadly did not work for my peri oral dermatitis.

If like me you regularly get a sore and inflamed mouth and nose area / peri oral dermatitis and have tried all the usual brands that are not only expensive but also inflame the area even more this is a must try for you..its the only thing thats worked for me and i have struggled for years!! I have uber sensitive skin and cant rave about this product enough! Small amount needed and can use everyday.( i usually use it at night)

This stuff is amazing it did wonders for me, my skin was sore and peeling after i used a facial cleanser that just irritated my skin .as soon as I used this cream it really calmed the redness and inflammation i am in love with this cream now definitely will keep this in my toiletry basket👌has no scent and alittle goes a long way very moisturizing and no breakouts

Great product - highly recommend for very dry and sensitive skin.

This helped a lot for PeriOral Dermatitis, ny gp gave me antibiotic cream that made it worse this really keeps the ted skin and flakiness around my mouth at bay!

Did not work for my skin but might be different for other skin types
