I purchased this chair in September and have been using it for the past three months. I have back issues, so the lumbar support was an important feature for me. This chair did not disappoint! The back support can easily be raised or lowered by simply sliding a piece on the back of the chair and you can do it while you're sitting. The ability to lower or raise the arms has been a feature that I didn't think I'd use, but I love it and use it all the time. The arms are still supportive and don't flop down when you place them in the upright position. It's a comfortable, easy to put together chair that was a great addition to my home office.

The assembly of this chair was so simple. You can see it’s basically one page to assemble. Comes with the hand tool, which is for the hex nuts. I used the right tip for my drill gun, which made the assembly so much faster. Basically took only 15 minutes. The cushion is a pleather, so real simple to keep clean. All it takes is a wipe down. I like the mesh backing, since my back gets sweaty with vinyl backing, so this makes it comfortable to sit for a longer period of time. The arms go up and out of the way when needed, the height adjustment is smooth, but the rocking is very tight. Maybe this will loosen up over time. Overall, a great chair for my office (which is under renovation right now, so no pics in its permanent locale).

This is a gift for my wife to change her old chair that already needed a change, putting it together was quite quick, we did it with my children, so it was a fun time, the chair is comfortable, you can adjust the height and back support It is good, the wheels are very soft and do not stick, but the best thing is that you can raise the armrests when the chair is not in use and that makes it take up less space when it is not in use because the chair fits completely under the desk .
