Easy to install and very sturdy, additional hardware is required.
This was extremely easy to assemble and became extremely sturdy once bolted into the wall. I got this to do prep installation for wiring the house with CAT 6 cable. My next step will be having an electrician install power next to the cabinet and then ground the cabinet for safety before installing any networking equipment or running cable through the house.Be aware: it does not come with mounting assembly hardware. I spent about $12 at the hardware store for additional hardware needed to wall-mount the cabinet:a 2×4 stud cut to length for the horizontal supports4 joist brackets4 d16 common nails4 lag screws4 washers.Tools needed for installation with all additional hardware:screwdriver and wrench for the cabinet assembly.hammer, level, and pencil for the horizontal stud installation.pencil and drill with drill bits for pre-drilling the holes for the lag screws.ratchet with socket for the lag screws and mounting the cabinet to the wall.In total, it took less than an hour to assemble and mount the network cabinet. I added a picture of the cross supports before installation for reference if anyone else needs to visualize the studs and frame needed to mount it.

Good quality and sturdy
Good quality and sturdy. Would give it 5 stars if it came with more rack mount brackets / screws. Mine came with 10. I needed 12. Could need more in the future as I do not have it filled completely. Also, it does not come with any wall mount hardware. No big deal as most things that come with wall mount hardware I just throw away and use bigger bolts anyway. Please ignore the mess in the pic. I am not finished installing yet.

Good and sturdy
I bought this to replace a 8u rack that covered the access hole in my wall. This rack has an ope. Back so I can easily access everything I need to and run new wires when needed. The rack is sturdy and the mounting holes fit my stud spacing perfectly. I’m happy with this rack and recommend it to anyone who wants a low cost and sturdy wall mountable a/v or network rack.

needs more screws for 12U
Got this to put my home networking and server together in a neat rack. was a great price for what it offers.Only came with 10 screws and nuts for mounting, which means 2 and a half things can be mounted.

This is a great wall mount 12u rack frame
This is a great wall mount 12u rack frame. Easy to assemble, and has holes in each corner on 16 inch centers for mounting to your wall. Just pick up 4 3/8inch lag screws to install (no washers required).

Hope you got an impact driver, because every single screw has to be forced.
A standard screwdriver won't get the job done, you can't put enough torque on it. A drill-driver will just strip the heads.Once you've assembled it, though, it's fine. That is, it's fine if you're OK with this janky square-holes-with-little-bolt-holders-that-fit-inside system for holding your components. And, I mean, I could sure see you not being OK with that, considering (a) how much your components probably weigh, and (b) how expensive they probably are.All in all, I probably should have given this thing one star. I think it's going to work. But would it have killed these guys to hire an actual engineer?Oh yeah, and you know the big lag bolts you need to screw this to the wall? You're on your own for those, they aren't included.I wouldn't if I were you. I'm seriously wishing I didn't.

Great rack—be careful with screws when building
Worked just as advertised. Screws are delicate and can strip if you’re not careful. Build slowly. Overall very durable rack. I’m happy with it.

A great frame. Assembly required.
It didn't come with instructions, but assembly was self explanatory. It comes in 4 pieces; the top, bottom and sides. Assembly takes a few minutes. Use a driver to assemble as the screws go in quite stiffly.Once assembled, wall mount this thing and use the included clips and screws to mount your hardware.I've installed a 48 port patch panel (I'll probably never need that many ports, but it doesn't hurt to have spares), an 8 port POE switch, which runs my security cameras and access point, a 16 port managed switch, and a PDU to power it. Eache of those devices uses 1U, leaving me with 10U of space to spare, which will allow me to add a 2U computer case to host my Network Video Recorder in, leaving 8U for further expansion. It's a bit of a pain to wall mount, as the mounting holes don't quite line up with standard 18" spacing in wall studs. I solved that issue by running 2 pieces of 2x4.

Solid wall mount rack
Very nice bit of kit for the money. As it's in my loft it would have been handy if the top didn't have a hole in, but easily solved with a bit of wood.
