Expandable Garden Hose - 50 Feet - Extra Strong Stretch Material with Brass Connectors - Bonus 8 Way Spray Nozzle Included

So we bought this hose (50 feet) almost a year ago and it still works great! We got a black, 75 foot expandable hose from another company, probably from Walmart, for Christmas and it busted 2 months later. I love the convenience of tossing it in a container rather than having to roll it up as you would will a normal hose, less cumbersome. The sprayer attachment works great as well! The shower selection is perfect for watering delicate flowers. Also comes with extra rubber washers. Price is pretty good considering the quality. Purchasing another one soon, maybe the 75 foot one, and hopefully it works just as well!

If there was no stars as an option I’d select it. The product is great when you get it and works fine. But after a few times of using it, there is already a hole in the hose. That’s quite disappointing. If there is a warranty, I’d like for a new one to be sent to me, otherwise I would want my money back. I bought this hose in May and it’s the first week of August (not even 3 full months and already bad). I could have purchased a more sturdy hose from Costco that won’t have these issues. This was claimed to be sturdy and last long, that didn’t seem like the case here.

This is not a durability review. I only had the hose for a week. Everything appears as advertised and initial impressions of quality are good. The nozzle works well and has more spray patterns than I can use. The hose extends under pressure and retracts after shut off as advertised. It's much lighter and more compact than a conventional hose. The carry sack is convenient. Compact storage was a top priority.The carry sack came with a small slit in it. It looked like a manufacturing error. I contacted Joey's and got a very prompt response and I already have the replacement sack. I'm pleased with the good support so far.If it proves to be durable, then I'll be fully satisfied.

Used this hose to wash vehicles and water my garden. Very nice to use, expands to 50 ft and when you shut off the water and drain the hose it coils back up to a fraction of 50 ft. Stows nicely on the provided rack. Only problem was durability. Lasted me a solid year with semi rough usage. Inner rubber developed a hole and hose is now unusable. Great product, but don't expect too much durability, unless very light usage. With that said, I'm considering buying another, even if I only get a year.

This hose works exactly as described, the nozzle has many settings, it expands easily and it great for a garden. However, after using it a couple of times a week for less than one gardening season, and putting it carefully away in storage for the winter, the nozzle leaks significantly. The hose is basically useless now as it sprays alot of water back on you when trying to use. I wish the nozzle had been more durable and lasted longer than one season.

Update: Feb 10, 2020. Durable. Have been using hose for watering garden, washing the car, and other various things. No problems. Still impressed!!This hose is absolutely the best hose I have ever used. I’d give it SIX stars if available!! I have been using the old standard vinyl hoses for years and years (Joey, where have you been my whole life?) and they always twist and get kinks. Not Joeys! I carry it out in a 2 gallon bucket, hook it up to the faucet ( I use quick connectors), turn on the water and it’s ready to use. It’s very flexible and easy to move around—NO KINKS!! The hose has an on/off valve which is very convenient. When I’m done using it, turn off the water, open the valve and the hose shrinks up as water drains out. Disconnect it, put back in the bucket and you’re done. Takes about a minute. It’s just awesome. Highly recommended!

This hose is so perfect. Almost. I have purchased 3 so far. The first hose got a hole in it, somehow; just a pinprick but I had to replace it. I could not find a reason for it. The second hose started leaking at the connection to the main nozzle. So I guess you would say that the connectors are weak; but it was really my fault. I tend to leave the water on all the time. It puts too much pressure on the connector after a few weeks and just sort of blew! So for the third purchase I will be sure to turn the water off. Lets see how long the third one lasts. On the plus side; this is really a well made product. It shrinks down to about 8 feet and can be quickly looped around the outlet. Neat and tidy for a small patio like mine. Oh, and a small thing like the multi-setting spray nozzle. Unlike cheap hardware store brands this one is very well made! For example, when you set it to "hold" continuous spray the little triangular bracket actually HOLDS and does not slip out of its "notch". Trust me, not all of them work that well. So its always the little things that make a difference.

The first time I bought this hose, I was surprised that it only lasted less than a year before the water started pouring out the middle of the hose. I couldn't find a leak but because the water was leaking, the house wouldn't expand and nothing would come out the spout. So I replaced it with the same model and just a week ago, another leak sprang up. I can't understand why as there are no holes and it wasn't being used (nothing would've caused a leak). I emailed the seller and nothing. I am disappointed because when it works, its a great hose, I just can't figure out why the leaks spring up making it totally unusable. Has anyone else had this problem?
