Easy to install and worked right out of the box
Took a gamble on a unknown brand, but glad I did! These were incredibly easy to install and as soon as I switched the break back on; it lit up blue! Seems like you could either back-wire or side-wire to the terminals since there's enough space for it. Also not sure why they used a silver screw for both hot and neutral, easy to get confused, so be sure to look at where they are on before screwing your wires in.

Comparing ElEgrp with Junlit
I purchased Junlit 20Amp 30W USB Wall Outlets and Elegrp 20Amp 20W USB Wall Outlets to compare. Both are currently $10 per fixture. My electrician said that they both would install and should function equally well. While I had no preference in appearance, I would be more likely to choose the Junlit again because of the higher wattage. The Elegrip's wall plate is smaller in length and width than the Junlit and is smaller than the inexpensive fixtures I already have on the walls. The outlet box is also slightly shallower. They are both 20A but the Elegrip is 20W and the Junlit is 30W.The size of the wallplate is irrelevant to me because I'm replacing them with Lutron Clara wallplates in taupe to match my wall paint. I would like to have also gotten the receptacles in taupe but they cost $50 to $80 apiece.

Works well
Product itself has so far (1 month) been good. I like removing the need for a brick. Had to improvise as it was missing some hardware.

Saves outlet space
Love the charging ports built into outlet. I no longer need an extention cord to accommodate kitchen appliances and trying to charge my phone. Also there is no a need to find charging blocks for our phones. Make sure to check the housing box the outlet sits in. Unfortunately, we had to replace that as well because the outlet is a little bigger in depth than what we had in there orginally. Overall, a great product.

Doesn't support fast charging
Doesn't support fast charging. My Samsung phone only charges at standard speeds.

finally a way to get rid of all the chargers!
If you install this upside down, you can charge your computer without blocking the USB ports
