Twice received incomplete item. In a both item cross bar was missing.
Tried to order twice and both times box locked like was open and closed many times. In both umbrellas cross bar was missing. Really bad experience.

Umbrella works fine. Missing cross braces, missing from package but stated included. Cannot find one to buy.
