Great balance of comfort and support
I tried a couple of other upper back braces before finding this one. It is a superior design that offers both shoulder positioning and upper back support. Easy off and on, and comfortable enough to wear several hours per day. Well worth the price.

There's better out there, but this is fine for what it is
This is fine for what it is, but it didn't seem to really do much. I was willing to assume that this would be user error, but the other reviews seem to confirm that it likely isn't.The device is pretty easy to use once you look over the instructions - just make sure that you have it right side up. After strapping myself in I was both surprised and underwhelmed. Surprised, because I could feel it working somewhat, but underwhelmed because it didn't feel like it was really giving all that much support. I tried pulling the straps as tight as possible without it cutting off circulation, however I couldn't get the support to really feel like it was doing much. It kind of felt like I could slouch even with the device on, which doesn't seem to be ideal. It would likely keep me from slouching as much, but I want something to keep me upright. As others stated, it just didn't feel like it pulled my shoulders back enough. I'm not hugely familiar with these so I don't know if this is just how they are, but I do feel like there's better out there. I remember trying on a corset at a ren faire that gave more support than this did and was intended for a full day's wear. For size purposes, I wear about a 3-4X. I didn't measure myself but I did take my bra band size into consideration and if that's accurate, then I got the correct size. Perhaps a size down would work better but I'm not interested in spending money to discover if this is the case, considering that I got this one via Vine. Overall this is fine and I could feel some difference, but not enough to really keep me using this.

Easy to use
It works about how you would think. It's easy to just, helped with posture, and wasn't super uncomfortable. I won't say it's the most comfortable thing in the world, but it was bearable. Try to use this while gaming to stop slouching as much, and my back hurt much less than not wearing it. So I would say it worked.

Minimal Posture Support, Didn't pull my shoulder far enough back.
I bought a large size. When I put it on and adjusted it on my body, I noticed that It didn't pull my shoulders far enough back to correct my posture.I wore it for a couple of hours while I was working out. It felt comfortable at first, but the elastic band irritated me when I started sweating, and the back plastic posture support made my back sweat and itchy. When I took it off, the elastic under my arms pinched together. However, The elastic band around my shoulders had slight support, this product "just wasn't for me"

Looks cute, and has a nice convenient front strap.
I've tried two different styles of these posture corrector products. There is the type where both arms have a strap which can be individually tightened, the pro's for that is that I find they offer more support than this style as they can be tightened upwards. BUT those are very annoying to put on as the straps can end up behind me and I am not flexible enough to reach them. The style this product uses is that the shoulders are not adjustable directly, but the strap around the waist can be tightened, which also pulls on the shoulder. I find that my waist can only really support a certain amount of tightness before being uncomfortable and as a result I can't tighten the shoulders as much as I do with my other style. However, these are much easier to wear as the straps do not fall behind my back and are much easier to put on. So I do find I wear these much more often. In terms of colors, these are really fun and bright colors, I really do like the design. They definitely stand out a lot more, but certainly make these look more sporty than the plain black ones, absolutely love it.

Helps with posture
I have terrible posture and I believe that it contributes to my lower back pain plus I sit at a desk all day so my tendency to slouch is high. I wanted to try this to see if this could help with that. It is very comfortable to wear though it will take some time to get used to the way it pulls your shoulders back but it definitely does help. I am able to wear it for a couple of hours at a time and it is small enough that I can wear it under my shirt. The material feels pretty good against your skin so no irritation. Looking forward to seeing the results in the long term after prolonged wearing of the device.

Helps. Sweaty and kind of hard
First things first - I am in a wheelchair. Paralyzed from the waist down. I have lordosis in my lower back (meaning my spine curves in rather than humping out) below the fusion that ends at T10.I am always uncomfortable and just squirming around. I got this to try and pull my shoulders back as I tend to hunch forward - plague of our modern species - and get more uncomfortable. This is helpful to a point. In order to pull myself into a better alignment, I have to tighten it super tight and then it gets my shoulders sore. You probably aren't supposed to do that right off the bat. What can I say...I'm impatient.I wore it for 30 minutes over a tank top. I wouldn't wear it under your clothes. That's just not a good idea for lots of reasons. I was sweaty in the area where the brace part fits. Probably to be expected - like sweaty under a watch or something.tbh - I haven't used it much. I really should take it with me next time I am at the spine doc and see what she says. Is it worth it?I am sure it helps posture. But like others have noted - it's not going to hold you rigid. You should expect that from anything that is this small. You can tell by the design what it does. It's not for someone who already has a big issue. It's for those catching the problem early and working to get back to a good sitting or standing posture.

Excellent - worth the higher price
This is a top quality item, carefully designed and made of first class materials. After trying many options this is the only one I found which I can easily put on, adjust and take off myself. The strap can be worn just above the waist if under the ribs is not comfortable (as in the picture). The item was bought because bad posture was causing severe stomach acid problems. Wearing the item for a couple of hours a day particularly when prone to slouching has vastly improved the problem. It should be accompanied by standard and easy exercises to strengthen front and back core muscles (70 years old, 5ft 10, 14 st)

Brilliant it works
What I like about this product is it works the moment I put it on my back was much straighter. I have another model from Amazon. That’s really uncomfortable to wear. So of course I don’t bother. This is a 10 out of 10 for me

Helps with posture but can’t wear for long
I bought the belt to help with my posture and when wearing it I believe it does help. However I am unable to wear for long periods because I find it is uncomfortable e.g. it rubs my armpits. I have tried wearing it over a garment which helps. Maybe in the winter when I have more layers on it will be better.

Too small
I ordered a large, but with a 42 inch chest & 36 inch waist, it barely fits me, and is actually too tight to be comfortable. Would be good if they got their sizing right.

Very hard to wear
This does the job it’s meant to do but is really uncomfortable, as to do that job it fits very tightly under your arm/shoulder area and for me as a size 10 woman with very little body fat it’s digging into the skin.I don’t know if this is because I have broad shoulders but if I had any more fat the problem would be worse, so when it says it’s small it is very small around that area. It’s enormous on me on the chest strap. It recommends you build up your time wearing it, I couldn’t make it to 5 minutes without the straps feeling like they would break the skin. They feel quite cheap, which is a shame.Wearing over clothes might help but I don’t want to show this thing off, wearing over one thin layer certainly doesn’t do any good at all.
