Our dog never liked wearing rubber booties. She just couldn’t walk normal in them. But these disposable booties are more comfortable than the rubber booties and our dog got accustomed to walking in them in a very short time. Then it felt almost natural to her. It’s great for taking a dog out for a walk after rain so you don’t track any mud back in the house. We found another use for it as well. Our dog had an infection on her lower leg that she kept licking and wouldn’t let it heal. We put this booty on her, and even though she kept licking over the booty, the booty provided enough barrier that she was able to heal. The velcro tie that comes with the booties work really well, so the booty stays on.

So, when it was really rainy and muddy out, I made Abby wear these. While she hated them (and they were definitely not making any fashion shows), they kept mud off her paws and my carpet

I have huskies and live in a very hot and dry area. Huskies have a lot of energy and I needed a solution to be able to walk them and keep their paws protected. So I ordered these to try them out and some how well my pets can handle wearing them to keep walking them and keep their paw pads protected.

The media could not be loaded.  We've been looking for boots for my dog for awhile and most of them either are too hard to put on or don't stay on or a combo of both. These were so easy to put on and stayed on! I have a 15 pound goldendoodle and the small fit her perfectly. It took her a bit to get used to, but you can tell in the video that once we started walking, she did just fine. We found that the boots stay on a lot better if you put the velcro cable around where the dog's 'ankle' would be instead of up toward the top of the boot. The velcro stayed on for the whole 15 minute walk, and it's strong enough and low profile enough that our dog couldn't rip it off.
