After wanting to get back into Tai Chi and looking at different DVD's out there, I chose this one and I don't regret it. The instructor is brilliant and it is like having your own instructor in the living room. I am enjoying learning it again and more and I intend to buy more of his DVD's at some point. Easy to follow as a beginner.
