The gyro ball will wear you out. The only thing I didn't like was the one set of extension exerciser. I use these about every night and have noticed a difference.

Not one word of instructions on any of exercise products.

This ball is fun as hell .It's a great toy to bust out while drinking with friends and it's one heck of a workout.The other items are just a bonus to the fun.

The gyro ball is no good. It doesn't spin or light up when I use it and it squeaks when I spin it manually. I watched a video and the cord is supposed to be used to start it...mine wasn't attached and I don't see where to insert it to pull and start the gyro. I should be able to spin it manually or use the cord to start it and I can't. The other items seem ok but I'm returning the whole package because of the gyro ball.

Gyroscope doesn't work

The gyroball came defective. All the other items are good though.

So the hand grip is very cheap plastic and the gyro would not work at all. I was going to return and the window of return is closed so overall not happy with this purchase

Es un producto con muy buena calidad de materiales y a un muy buen precio. Lo único que no me gustó fue que se tardó más de un mes en llegar.pero el producto es excelente.

Estos implementos son muy importantes para mis ejercicios de las manos los codos los brazos y en lo que pueda utilizar me parece muy efectivos gracias 🫂
