If you don't want to (or can't) get to a gym for workouts, but you've finally had enough of getting out of breath anytime you walk up a flight of stairs, or you're already as fit and healthy as you'd like but you want to maintain, then this foldable exercise bike is a great way of getting a decent workout at home, while barely taking up any space.TLDR; this is an impressive, inexpensive, sturdy, semi-versatile, folding exercise bike for home use, which is easy to assemble, and can support anyone from the rough heights of 4'9" to at least 6'2" (page says 6'1", but I'm around 6'2" with shoes and fit totally fine), and is a great way of getting a workout in from the comfort of your own home!To preface this review, I'm a roughly 6ft, 115kg/250lbs man who isn't in the best shape, but can still run a 5K in around 30 minutes (just..), but more importantly, I find 'typical cardio' workouts to be mind numbingly boring. So, because of my growing waist line and my tendency to get bored of doing the same workouts after a month or so, I've been buying more and more 'budget' home gym equipment to give me less excuses to not burn off some excess L-Bs..Whether you're trying to lose any extra flab that has magically appeared over the past year or so, or if you've simply had enough of paying steep gym fees to basically only use a single machine, then this stationary exercise bike is an excellent value-for-money option, which is sturdy under your weight and movement whilst still comfortable for long sessions.The price of exercise bikes can range significantly, and other than paying loads for certain 'brand names', sub £200 tends to be a mixed bag.. Thankfully, this exercise bike is signicantly more affordable than most 'named brands' yet the construction is entirely metal and feels sturdy, durable and robust.There are several levels of height adjustment in both the seat, allowing you to adjust the seat position for your height, riding style and/or specific exercise/workout on the bike.The included floor mat is an lovely addition to the purchase; the mat is non-slip to reduce movement from the bike on the floor. And, the mat is thick enough to withstand the weight of the exercise bike and the user peddling away, so you don't have to worry about damaging the floor underneath the mat!

Very happy with my purchase.Very well packaged and easy to assemble as the main frame is already done for you,The bike is very smooth and almost silent when in use.I liked the digital display with an auto scrolling information, very useful.Top marks from me.

The exercise bike is simply what I needed. It provides a good workout, it's sturdy and well designed. It was easy to put together and the option of 16 resistance levels is enough for what I required. Only one thing, there is nothing in the provided paperwork and manual that covers warrantee. Maybe that is something the provider can look in to

Very easy to assemble.... I have done it myself without any help and it is quite intuitive but the user manual helps if you have any doubt.My biggest fear was with the resistance, I was afraid of it to be very weak. I can say, it is not. Basically from 1 to 10 it is the same, after that, it is quite good. I am 41 years old, I do CrossFit 4x/week and run but I am not used to cycling and, on the resistance 14, my legs were burning (exactly what I expected). Keep in mind, that it is not a spinning bike, so, if you are used to cycling maybe it will not be good enough for you.It is quite tall, I am 157 cm and I can't use the seat in the first position.. it must be in the minimum (without the holder), so, if you are shorter than me, maybe that is not for you.The seat is very comfortable... until now, I only could use it for 30 min per section but it was quite good. The back support is too far for me and I can use it only if I am in the reclining position, I believe it will be okay for a taller person.It is very quiet (no noise AT ALL), and the pulse sensor seems to not work properly but this is not a major issue for me.The folding position is quite good saving a lot of space and it is super easy to fold and unfold it and to move it around the house.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to burn some calories at home, who is not used to cycling, and who is taller than 157cm :)

This came with clear assembly instructions and the tools you needed to do it with. Very pleased with the quality of the product – good value for money. I'm tall and it works fine for me

The media could not be loaded. Delivery was in time, it was easy to assemble however the left pedal is faulty. Not sure if its the cylinder or pedal itself but it just does not fit in! No issue with right pedal. I have reached out to seller but got no responce or advise. So disappointing as it is a nice bike- though the resistance is not as good as i expected.

Very easy to put together. I appreciated that the nuts and bolts were already attached on the various parts, so you didn't need to search for the correct part. The bike is very sturdy. Two small wheels on the front make it easy to move and store. The LCD display is easy to read and use. We are seniors who wanted to get more exercise but not join a gym. Now we are in a daily routine of just setting it up while watching TV. Low impact and good exercise, easy to store and use, solid materials and finish. Very pleased with it.

La Cyclette viene consegnata con alcune parti smontate in un imballo robusto e non troppo ingombrante.Il montaggio è abbastanza semplice e gli attrezzi necessari (cacciavite, chiave a brugola e chiave inglese), sono forniti a corredo.Attenzione: le due pile mini-stilo (AAA) necessarie per fare funzionare il piccolo "computer di bordo", che registra tempi, distanza percorsa, calorie bruciate e battiti cardiaci (grazie ai sensori per le mani presenti sul manubrio), non sono incluse.Seguendo le istruzioni si può effettuare il montaggio in poco più di mezz'ora. Una volta montata, la Cyclette si è rivelata piuttosto robusta e facile da utilizzare. Il meccanismo per piegarla e aprirla è semplice (basta sfilare un perno) e durante il funzionamento è molto silenziosa. Ho apprezzato anche la regolazione della resistenza alla pedalata, ben calibrata.Ottimo il tappetino di appoggio in plastica fornito a corredo per evitare di "graffiare" pavimenti in legno (anche se i piedini sono in gomma morbida e non dovrebbero potere rovinare un normale parquet).Non posso pronunciarmi sulla robustezza sul lungo periodo, ma per ora sono soffisfatto dell'acquisto.

The media could not be loaded. Buscaba una bicicleta estática para regalarle a mi pareja y escogí esta por el añadido de las gomas para ejercitar los brazos. Tanto ella como yo (la he probado ya varios dias) estamos encantados.La bicicleta es de un material muy robusto y de calidad. Es un poco pesada (por los materiales), pero muy facil de plegar y desplazar (gracias a unas pequeñas ruedas que tiene). Plegada ocupa bastante poco. Aunque viene desmontada, es facil de montar siguiendo los pasos de la guía.Como la mayoría de bicis estáticas, tiene regulador de presión (para mayor o menor dificultad al pedalear). Otras que había probado al subir de dificultad empezaban a hacer ruido. Esta no sé qué mecanismo usa internamente, pero hace muy poco ruido.Tiene una pantalla donde indica velocidad, distancia, calorias y las pulsaciones (que las detecta con unos sensores en el manillar). De momento ha funcionado todo bien.Lo que más me ha gustado son las gomas que incorpora adicionales para poder hacer ejercicio de brazos mientras pedaleas. Aunque estos no se pueden regular, es suficiente para poder hacer ejercicios básicos de bíceps o hombros.Sin duda por el precio y la calidad que tiene es muy recomendable para hacer ejercicio en casa.
