This rice is delicious and healthy! You get a lot in a bowl. I like to eat them for a meal or as a hearty snack. Easy to make, you just fold back a small portion of the top and heat in microwave. In a very short time, you have a nice bowl of steaming hot rice. Put a little butter in and mix....then eat and enjoy! I love this rice! First found at Costco but then they stopped carrying it. Found here at Amazon and so happy I did! I will keep buying this delicious rice. Highly recommend!

Sometimes I don't time to cook my rice but that's what I want. I keep these on hand so I can up something to pour over brown rice for a good dinner. They microwave quickly and taste good. I only gave 4 stars for taste because it is slightly more bland than old school rice. I like them a lot! Affordable. Handy. Definitely eatable.

This is the best rice and my Costco stopped selling it so glad I can still get it. It’s the only instant rice I can find that only has rice as an ingredient. It’s so easy to prepare. I love this rice. I need this rice. I can’t make rice because I am lazy and it never turns out right anyway. You just microwave this for 90 seconds and you have rice that is not crunch or weird. I wish I could just make rice since it would save me a ton of money but I can’t. So this is the rice for me.

This is just basic brown rice in convenient ready-to-eat form.It is ideal for a single person, especially if you are not fond of figuring out what to do with leftover rice.The cost at this time comes out to about $2.65 per bowl, but sometimes convenience outweighs cost.Be careful not to overcook the rice, all it really requires is to be thoroughly reheated.If you find the rice is too dry for your taste, just add a little water--the rice will soak it right up. This will work either before or after you cook the rice.I often heat a bowl of this rice as a full meal. With cheese, leftover meat and/or cooked vegetables added, it makes a great main course.For breakfast, add cinnamon sugar and milk or cream for a delicious and filling meal.

This rice is great for work. Since it does not need refrigerated I keep a couple in my drawer at work for those days that I just can't get away to eat. I will say though it is rather bland unless you have a little butter, or some salt to flavor it with (in moderation of course so as not to totally obliterate the health factor!). I can tolerate it but many folks properly would not. I have taken it out of the container and added some steamed broccoli, or peas along with a little bit of low sodium chicken broth and some Mrs.Dash, and just let it saute a bit in a skillet. Then I put in small containers and refrigerate. These then go to work with me (when I remember :o) ). Very very tasty.

I found this brown rice at Costco originally and fell in love with it. Costco can not be depended on to carry it so when I found it on Amazon I was thrilled. Delicious brown rice in 90 seconds, what's not to love? The nutty taste and the texture are perfection. I will never be without this product in our home.
