I got this to be able to burn resins that I couldn't put directly on the charcoal. It was ok. I'll be getting an electric burner next. Still haven't been able to figure out the trick to the Three Kings resins.

I ordered mine with high hopes for a pleasing frankincense experience. What I got was less than hopeful. Its incense basket was not even connected when I got it out of the package, I don't travel much in this wheelchair after a farm accident, so going threw the hustle of returning it is not something I am willing to do or have done for a seventeen dollar learning experience. My first impression was that it was a lot smaller than it seamed but how much heat can you really get from a cheep tea light candle? I got some epoxy and put it back together but it got so hot, the epoxy melted pretty quickly. next time I’ll be using a better epoxy that will take the heat much better than this Kwik stuff from the same company that I have used their better stuff to fix a lawnmower engine with a bullet hole in its casing; long story short, Put the tools away, even if they run out of gas out in the middle of a hay field, especially if its behind dads target practice area! And the mower is still in service with zero issues.Bottom line…Save your money, buy something built better! A spot weld on cheep pot metal; really?

I bought this to burn incense. It’s super cute and the perfect size. I love that you can adjust the height of the burner tray. The one major downfall this has is that the screen of the burner tray is not attached. So when you go to throw out the old charcoal or incense the screen falls out. Not a big deal, but it would be more convenient if that didn’t happen. I will give a warning though, this does get extremely hot. So definitely don’t handle it once it’s been burning for a while or you’ll burn yourself.

I was using coal for a long time to burn my incense. This is so much better. No mess and with one tea candle. The magic of fire.... Yes. It works good. The only issue is that the screw handle gets really hot. I used my laser engraver and created a very simple wood handle. It is definitely much cheaper and same quality as the expensive one I see on Amazon. I'll buy another one soon.

Not as sturdy as it should be. Hard to get the platform holder to stay tight which makes the platform difficult to maneuver. Overall I'm satisfied but I can't give it 5 stars.

I got this for resin incense- but when it drops it puts out the candle. I figured this would happen but then wondered why they would list it as a resin burner. Smaller pieces do okay but burn up within 2 min. So unless you’ve got all day to throw tiny pieces on… it’s kind of a waste. I’ll stick to my coal pieces. It is pretty darn cute tho.

Instruction on use would have been nice. I had never heard of or seen this type of burner and I've used incense for literatilly 50 years. I mostly use it outside now to keep the flying insects away.I recently bought loose incense and charcoal disks and a small censure but the disks won't stay lit. I thought this would let me burn my incense. I looked for the incense used at Church for funerals and special masses. I searched online for Church incense and was directed to frankincense but no mater what I do the charcoal won't stay lit so I don't know if this is what i want. :).

Beautiful packaging but the stand and screws don’t work in absolute geometry. Doesn’t stand straight but slanted at an angle. Returned it.

When moving the incense bowl up and down when the tealight underneath is lit, the metal screw quickly gets too hot too touch.

it's not like in the picture, it doesn't have that wooden part and my hand gets cold

I love the look of this but it’s not my best burner. Strange smells from the paint coming off when burning incense and very wobble.
