Really cool versatile set with 3 build instructions with the same pieces. It's great having 1 toy but it can become 3 different toys which makes playtime more interesting. I found putting the pieces together straightforward so definitely a younger builder should have no problems

This is a dinosaur building set from creator. This set is recommended for ages 6 to 10 and it is a 3 and 1 set which gives you the option to build different variations. It comes with a clear set of instructions which are easy to follow and include some stickers. It has 287 pieces and is complicated enough To be a little bit challenging. The quality isn't up to the standard of Lego but very close.

We’ve only been able to build the trex so far as kiddo doesn’t want to take it apart now to build the other 2 models, but looking at the instructions they all look pretty similar in build complexity and time. They’re sturdy enough that you can gently play with them, not as flimsy as some sets can be. The older age is probably truer than 6, as this younger age would likely need some help and might be a bit rougher in play. Although it’s not branded it’s a decent dupe, you wouldn’t know it wasn’t branded Lego once built.

As good as the named brand. Easy to assemble and great fun.

Good value set - can build 3 different dinos from the instructions - we built the t-rex. 10 year old built without support and able to follow guidance.Quality of bricks good and once built dino is sturdy and can be played with or displayed or broken apart to try making the other dinos.Compatible with lego and out of the box you wouldnt know it wasnt,

Like a few others have mentioned this is 'fake lego'As a naieve 60 year old grandmother I have lost a lot of money over the last few years buying what I thought was lego online and I've not found a set that is anywhere near the quality of the original lego.Trying to find someting that is as close to the quality of lego is important to many parents/ grandparents because of the astronomical price of lego. One ordinary set can cost you all of the childs christmas present allowance with nothing left over.I tried this along with my 6 year old grandson who knew ( for a 6 year old he runs rings round me he's so clued up on things) that it wasn't the original lego. I was impressed with the box and bags, grandson picked up on the fact that it has the same storage system of lego. Which makes it easier for younger ones to sort out and construct the models.The colours were bright and there was no loss of colour after playing several times. No its not as sturdy as lego but after grandson had made the dinosaurs, he used his original lego pieces alongside this set to make what he called a 'transformer' for him and his younger brother to play with and looking at all of the pieces together it was quite difficult to differentiate the original from this set. There was no nasty chemical smell. No nasty leaking dyes. With all 3 of the dinos made up both grandchildren loved them, although the harmony didn't last as they both fought over the larger dino.I and my daughter were so impressed with this she's now looking to see if they make a 'minecraft' set, as 6 year old is obsessed with lego minecraft and daughter said the prices are too high for what they are.So if you're looking for a much cheaper version of lego but with similar quality you can't go wrong with this set.

Great kit that is basically the same as that well known Danish building brick company.Comes with clear pictorial instructions and the bricks are divided onto two bags so you know what's what.Great value at £16.99 at time of review.

It comes with a set of instructions which are easy to follow and some stickers too.The age range is about right for this set, it's a 287 piece kit so children at the younger side of the age bracket may need some assistance. My 6 year old had a good go at making it but needed a little help at some points which is to be expected. It's compatible with the LEGO Dinosaur range and currently has a £3 off voucher which brings it roughly in line price wise with the Lego range. Overall a really fun kit which will definitely appeal to anyone who likes dinosaurs!
