Like fit and swap was easy

We have an old Electrolux vacuum that is in the neighborhood of 20+ years. I bought this part to repair the sweeper head. The elbow was genuine OEM part and works like new. It is also east to replace - probably 20 minute job.

Color differed from photo... If you are getting power through the hose and wands, and the power nozzle reset button does not restore function, 9 times out of 10, this elbow is the ticket. Generally this elbow will fail after a few short years, especially if used by your housekeeper..

This is not an OEM Electrolux part. It lasted about 2 and half years and broke. I took it apart to find that the plastic had broken in several places, the wires had come loose inside and would do so even when I fixed them because they were likely too short and routed improperly.I found the original part that I still had, and was able to fix it and put it back on.. it works fine.When I took it apart I noticed that the original is better made, the plastic wasn't cracked, and wires just needed to be reconnected inside. I reconnected the wires, put the original part back together and I'm back in business.

The product was a perfect fit and works great.

So thankful this part worked on my 30 year old Electrolux and pretty easy to install!

Product fixed a recurring issue with the nozzle neck plus I got a new wiring harness. Save a ton of time over "fixing" those wires (again).

Fit nicely, easy to replace, shipped on time. Worked out cheaper than local online retailers. Local repair shop tried to sell me a used replacement part for the same price.
