I have been using this product for about 2 weeks. I have noticed some good changes in my body. I take 2 capsules before bed. I drink tea with lemon and honey. I am sleeping better and have less. I also take ginger and turmeric capsules. I read somewhere that by taking all 3 will make positive changes in your body.

This was my first time trying an Ashwagandha supplement, and I'm glad I chose this one! It has been very effective for me. I have been feeling really run-down and exhausted for several years now, and this product has helped so much. It wasn't overnight, but I've been taking it for about 2 months now, and just in the past few weeks it has begun to kick in. This is the way of herbs, they don't work immediately, but have to build up in your system over time to notice a difference in how you feel.Finally, I don't have that lethargic, "going in slow-mo" feeling all day! I feel great in my workouts again, and can workout longer and stronger, like I used to. I wake up in the morning ready to live my life, not dreading it anymore, because I was so tired.I really can't say enough good things about this supplement. If you do start taking it, just remember that you won't feel the effects right away, but give it some time and suddenly you will realize that you're back to your old self, before stress did a number on you!

I started out taking this product at one capsule per day and bumped it up to two capsules per day (in the morning) after a few weeks. Two capsules caused extreme stomach upset, nausea, and diarrhea. My mood was fantastic, though. The product itself works, but I recommend starting with one and possibly staying there if possible. I went back to one per day and while I notice some mood changes, it isn’t as drastic as taking two per day. I ultimately chose to go back to one per day because the stomach pain was so awful.

These are the BEST Ashwagandha at the BEST price! I planon ordering them again and again and again! Great for my neuropathyinflamation...it really lessens the burning in my feet.

Great product and quantity for price. I use this product and two others for hair growth. I was getting a bald spot on the back of my head. I also had the widows peak going on. After a year of using my hair is back to full head of hair. Biotin and Saw Palmetto are the other two supplements I use as well.
