The media could not be loaded. This yarn really glows. I did charge up the yarn before taking pictures by holding it under a lamp for about ten seconds. The green glow is quite bright and lasts longer than I thought it would. There are 5 small bundles of yarn. I crocheted a baseball sized snowball with one bundle along with the start of one arm of my next project and I still have quite a bit of yarn in my first little bundle. The texture of the yarn is similar to the cotton yarn I use to make dishcloths. While working with this yarn I did have a lot of splitting of the yarn on my hook. It wasn’t so challenging that I was discouraged. It is just a little more challenging as a beginner. I will come back and buy more yarn when I have depleted my supply because who doesn’t love something that glows in the dark. Especially this scaredy cat.

These are wrapped tight so they look a tad small but is well worth the price. I will be buying more!

This yarn is amazing. I did think would be bigger skein. But it went a long way for the size. Glows better than yarn bought at Joann's. Yarn thickness was perfect for my projects.

This yarn is exactly what I was looking for. It's very white and glows very well! The only thing I'm not a fan of is how small the skeins are, I've never seen skeins this small in my life. The yarn feels soft and durable, although I haven't use it just yet.

It was easy to work with, has a good hand/isn’t scratchy, a little thick to be a 3-weight, felt like a light 4-weight. I ordered two 5 packs and used every ball of yarn to make this “ghost dress” for my 5 year old. I only had the yarn outside for a minute to take the photos and it gave a really nice glow immediately inside the house, as seen in the second set of pictures. I have not used the Lion Brand version, so I cannot compare, but if you are trying to decided between the two, just know that this is a really good option. I would use this yarn again.

This glow in the dark yarn is fun. It does have to charge in the sun for longer than I hoped, but that is probably normal. I can't wait to finish the animal for the person that I'm making it for. They will be surprised.

Update: DO NOT BUY!! Just terrible yarn, falls apart to easily. This yarn would be great, but one of the skiens has a black mark on it that you cant remove. Also when you contact the email they send you in the package for questions and issues. They don't answer. So don't bother.

The product in the picture looks like a nice size however when it arrives you find it is 90% smaller than you thought it would be. Not worth the money.
