or entirely useless. I
Depending on your professor, this book may be eminently helpful, or entirely useless. I, unfortunately, fell into the latter category as my Con. Law. professor preferred to teach using his own analytical approach to constitutional questions; I recognized the concepts and principles, but it won't necessarily work with how your professor wants you to approach issues. So, maybe if you're simply looking to further develop your understanding, sure.

Nothing much to say, rented as a textbook for a course. It was an interesting read.

Not that great -- Buy Chemerinsky
Not so useful. For one thing, it only covers part of Constitutional Law, so it didn't map up perfectly with what I learned in my Con Law class. For a comprehensive but still easy-to-read overview of Con Law, I would recommend the Chemerinsky supplement instead.
