The 1.0mm nib size is sooooo much better than the 0.5mm that comes with the big set. Smoother, bolder, and easier to write with. Love the colors, wish there were more. Maybe one of these days they’ll come out with a 120 color Moonlight pen collection, that would be so awesome. Anyway, here’s a swatch with the correct color names. They look way better in person than in the photo. In the photo, you can’t tell the difference between a couple of them, but in person, the difference is noticeable.

These pens are hands down the best! If u love coloring or doodling but hate seeing the lines in the colors….these are the ones! They dry like paint! If u don’t like a certain part on a color page…these will cover outlines and black lines. Helps make the color page more customizable. I use these everyday for many projects and I will never stop buying these!!

I am at the point that I have plenty of pens, etc. so I technically don't need any more. However, I do like checking out new and interesting items and this was one. I have gotten sets of all black pens with different size nibs. I have gotten colored pens that covers the rainbow plus with the many colors in the set. But I didn't have a set like this in different shades of gray. I did swatch each of the pens out. They did not have a color name or number, however, I did find the there was a 5 digit number before the UPC code that was slightly different and each color had a different number. I could only read it with my magnifying glass. When swatching these different grays, I did find that while there were 10 pens in the package, in reality there was only 5 colors, 2 of each color. I am not practiced enough as an artist to draw a picture using these pens to highlight the picture with the different colors instead of just having a black ink picture. This is yet another skill that I have to learn to do artwork.Besides swatching the colors in my swatch book, I also used a sheet of black paper to see how they looked on the black paper. I found that the colors did not look as different on the black paper as it does on the white swatch paper.I appreciate the opportunity to try these pens out. Thank you.

Gelly roll pens have easily become my favorite pens I’ve ever used. I love that you can see these ones on black paper and they write so smooth.

I think I have most of all the Gelly Rolls. I don’t use this colour set much but they are nice on gray and white paper.

I love these pens! The darker greys are perfect for low-contrast stencil tracing in my black paper journal. No issues with these pens at all, will definitely buy again.
