Great and Easy Operation
Good heft smooth control. I didn't notice any reduction in water pressure which was important to me. I live in an apartment with a generic white plastic showerhead and silver plastic handheld showerhead. In testing I found to have enough water pressure to use both if I wanted to. I read a lot of reviews to the point of exhaustion. Avoid that and get this if you NEED this. I had a stroke and this works great for my limited strength and mobility. The long lever really helps if it doesn't hit anything.

it leaks where you can't service. it's a product design fault. don't understand how it has such high rating.
