Fisher Space PenRaw Brass Cap-O-Matic Pen, Pack of 1

First words of praise for the dealer who managed to get this pen to me the *morning after the afternoon* I ordered it. Not Prime, just a well-managed set-up it seems.The Space-pen is the only biro-type pen I use: I now have four: two bullet and two cap-o-matics. Delighted with this new one as I know (from one of the bullets) that the brass will rub down to a nice finish.

Great pen, love the space pen cartridge as a postman I have to wright in the rain and on plastic.

Does what it says on the packet. It writes upside down.. Excellent transaction

The natural brass finish is a subjective thing. I thought I'd like it, but with hindsight I wish I'd gone for a plated finish. The pen arrived very tarnished, which is to be expected with raw brass. A few seconds with a kitchen towel and some Brasso soon had it looking shiny, almost like gold. It's what I ordered, so not going to knock stars off for that. What I'm more disappointed with is that the pen often leaves a messy blob when starting to write, so I wouldn't trust it for anything I wanted to look nice, such as greetings cards or present tags. So 4 stars.

In the picture it looks good, but when you hold it in your hand it feels and looks cheap. Don’t think it is worth what I paid for it

Writes upside down

Cheap look and feel to the pen. The refill however, is brilliant.

Sturdy, ultra lightweight pen for EDC. Doesn't leak in the pants pocket. Writes on almost any surface, including plastic bags. I have to label tiny watch movement parts in ziplock bags and while a sharpie is better for that, this will work in a pinch and is much safer in the pocket.

Penna ottima

This is a beautiful pen. I am very pleased with it. It arrived very shiny, I am curious to witness the patina although it lives in my work lanyard so it may remain polished. It writes well, I expect to get many years use from this fine pen

Super qualité et couleur !

Für den Preis bekommt man einen Kugelschreiber aus fast hauchdünnem Messing mit einer Mechanik aus Kunsstoff im Inneren. Das ist kein Vergleich mit den ungefähr doppelt so teuren "richtigen" Space Pens (AG7). Selbst das Modell Shuttle, CH4 ist da um Welten besser verarbeitet und überzeugt doch noch eher.Ansonsten, der CAP-O-Matic hat denselben blöden Clip wie CH4 und wenn er von Europens kommt, kann es passieren, dass die Post nochmal 10 Euro Steuern und Gebühren extra haben möchte, das macht das Einkaufen in UK natürlich noch weniger erfreulich. Das einzig schöne ist das blanke Messing, was sehr schnell Gebrauchsspuren bekommt. Wenn man das unbedingt haben möchte, so wie ich, kann man gründlich darüber nachdenken. Nur nicht über Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das ist hier alles in allem ziemlich mau.
