Easy Set-up and works a treat with my Echo Dot Sky Soundbox and Sonos systems dotted around the house.

Purchased a twin pack, smart looking plug, better than must program timers interns of aesthetics. the led is bright and we use one in our bedroom to turn off the TV, STB and Wifi AP overnight. I have taped over the LED to extinguish the light, would be a good option on the app to turn off the LED for a future product improvement.The setup process was easy using the iPhone app, and Alexa discovered the devices straight away. I never use the app purely Alexa voice control. The app is basic but does the intended job.One of the plugs failed last week, when trying to switch off the unit clicks but did not isolate the power, contacted the seller and replacement received the next day. replacement working great.

Out of 8 devices that we purchased only 4 are still working after 10 months. Tried for 2 months now to get a response from Caloics via email as I think it's unacceptable such a high percentage of units fail within the year and initially just wanted replacements from them. The company had previously replaced one of the eight units which initially stopped working after 1 week of use, this replacement unit has also stopped working now! I've tried repeatedly to contact Caloics by email, they initially responded to my mail with a sarcastic 'OK, so what is the issue now...' tried to explain the problem but they just don't reply to our mails anymore. Reading other reviews we are not the only ones having issues with the units or their customer service. Wouldn't buy these again or anything else supplied by Caloics. Not a recommended product or company, very poor customer service. Fingers crossed the 4 units that are still working have been better built and will last long enough to be of value.Update: Spoke to Amazon customer services, they were excellent and agreed to refund the cost of the defective units.

I bought this as a pack of two plugs. The one worked brilliantly and did precisely what I wanted. The second one was faulty and would not switch on. I do realise that electronic devices sometimes do not work for a multitude of reasons.However, my 3 star rating is for the returns procedure. I contacted the seller and asked if I could return the faulty one and get an exchange for one that works. Unfortunately after a week I still had no reply which meant I had to go through the Amazon returns procedure and I had to return both plugs for a refund.I just wanted to exchange the faulty one but that was not possible.

Got an ‘Alexa’ for Xmas so was keen to see what else I could do with it so purchased these plugs based on the positive reviews ( and ignoring the one negative review which to be honest I don’t have a clue what they’re talking about and would suggest the issue is in their socket and not this plug). Also the price for 2 was the same as for one particular well know brand which had some worrying safety concerns in its mixed reviews)Downloaded the Jinvoo app and within minutes they were added to my Wi-fi network, and enabled.Two minutes later Alexa found them and everything was sorted.Easy to follow instructions ..couldn’t be more pleased and will defo be buying more.

I have bought 2 twin packs. Absolutely rubbish. Instructions are to say written by a 2 year old and took me an hour to figure out. To add insult to injury after 3 months one device failed and within a day the other failed.The app that they recommend crashes on a regular basis, so when using the timer facility, it's hit and miss as to whether the device turns on or not. Based on my exprience I would not recommend this product.
