I bought this neck warmer/massager for my mother because she complained about neck pain. After I received it, I tried it out myself before giving it to my mother and I was pretty happy with how it worked. I selected this device specifically because it has independent warming and massage options. Also it is convenient that it is cordless. I tried it out on my neck and also I tried to put it under my lower back when sitting in my office chair. It does warm up nicely. I appreciate auto turn off feature to make sure you don't burn yourself in case you fall asleep with it on. I gave it to my mom. She tried it out and she said she liked it too. She used a combo of heat + massage and she said it helped to relax her neck mussels.

I like the ease of using the heating pad/neck massager. It fit great. The heating and vibration eased my neck pain. Only thing was the noise it made while on vibration, but was not a deal breaker

I am disappointed. It gets nice and warm, and that feels good, but I have to tighten it too much or the weight of the big round part pulls it off my neck. And it vibrates, does not massage.

I purchased this for a long flight. It’s small enough to fit in your carry on bag and the battery last a long time. It works great in a vehicle too. I like it because it’s cordless and can be used on the go. Made a long flight more comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone needing a massage on the go.

I like the portability. You're not tethered to a cord. Heats up nicely and has multiple settings for massage. Great for neck, elbows, knees, and ankles too!Recommend! Would purchase again.

Its came intact and quick. As soon as I got it, I tried it out. The control options are simple to use and easy to understand. The vibrations were just the right pitch between rough/soft on all levels. It was enough to smooth out my knots adding the heating element at a temperature that never seared my skin; to relax and phase out my pain. Wearing it was the only confusing part (around the neck), at times its slides off position. At times it was too hard around the neck to get a deeper feel. The perfect gift for a friend or family.

I have had a very stiff neck for some months now.Can't seem to figure the cause ie: switched out pillow twice, icing/heat), so I opted for heat this time. The reviews for this seemed too good to be true, but I moved forward with the purchase anyway.My 2 issues with this are:1) I didn't realize the little round thing on the back was so big and bulky. It weighs down the wrap backwards, away from your skin, so you have to apply pressure anyway2) The area of heat it covers is very small. I have a fairly small neck of 12 1/2 inches and it really only covers the back of the neck, not the sides.I have pain on both sides and the back, so I want relief all around. This just doesn't do it.I feel the idea is a good one but the design is flawed. I will return.

The heat works. The massage function is nearly worthless. The unit plays a constant musical tone while using the massage function. It is ridiculous and, I am certain, unnecessary. Beside the musical massage tone, the actual massage is barely enough to be of any benefit. After reading other reviews, I purchased the unit specifically for the untethered heat function. By untetherd, I mean you do not have to keep it plugged into a wall outlet. It is rechargeable. I will not be using the highly annoying musical massaging feature. I do like the velcro neck strap. The weight seems evenly distributed so it doesn't seem to sag. It isn't heavy.

This product worked really well in the first couple of months but now it works intermittently even when fully charged it’s almost like there is a connection issue really frustrating that it doesn’t work properly only after a few months
