I had the honor of being on the ARC team for Pucking Around! Emily Rath put her heart and soul into this book! This book is so well written!Baby, where do I even begin! I fell in love with this book the moment I read the first sentence. Who doesn't love a why choose romance with a hot doctor and their hot hockey players! This book has the perfect plot to spice ratio. I could not put this book down.Dr. Rachel Price! My god I love this woman! She is smart, funny, sassy and knows exactly what she wants in life. She is the perfect FMC! I want to be Rachel when I grow up! She fights hard for what she believes in and she also fights hard for the people that she loves! She loves her boys so much! At times, she felt like she didn't deserve love but those boys proved her wrong every single time!Jake Compton is a golden retriever to the max! He definitely has a way with words! His dirty talk is on point! He loves hard and falls even harder, He starts to learn for more things about himself as the book progresses. Jake fall in love with Rachel the moment he laid on eyes on her in Seattle!I love my Seattle Girl-JakeCaleb Sanford! Caleb is DADDY! He is broody, grumpy at times. Caleb definitely had his walls up throughout the book. I loved that Rachel and Jake were able to help realize just how loveable he is. Caleb has always been in love with Jake and it was amazing to see them come to that realization together and become more than just friends. Rachel tests Caleb's limits and pushes him out of this comfort zone! I loved seeing his dominate side come out when all four of them were playing together!"Hey Hurriance"-CalebIlmari, where do I even start? I wanted Ilmari the moment he came onto the scene. He is the perfect book boyfriend. He is quiet and keeps to him the first half of the book. He is broody and doesn't let people into his bubble. He doesn't hang out with the team or participate in group activities. Rachel and Ilmari have such an amazing connection. She taught him how to expect peoples love! He found his chosen family with Rachel, Jake and Caleb. This man had me melting when he spoke to Rachel in Finnish! RAKAS!-IlmariHOLY SPICE BATMAN!!!! KITCHEN SCENE CHAPTERS 55-56 ENOUGH SAID! The spice is in book was TOP TIER!!! Definitely 100/10I have never highlighted a book as much as had with Pucking Around! Every scene just keep getting better and better! I loved all of the side characters! I can't wait for Pucking Wild! Tess and Ryan!

I appreciate the tropes, tags, and content warning at the beginning of this book. It is very well done and makes me even more interested to read it, but it may only be for some. The author really included some superb info at the beginning of this book. It is well thought out, and I appreciate it.Rachel is a hot mess, but she met her dream guy and then left him to get her dream fellowship placement. I can't wait to see how this new life pans out for her. I like the funny moments and the relatable content with the main character. The mature content starts early and will leave you gasping in shock, but it is fabulous.Caleb, the hot hockey player, is delighted to pick up Rachel from the airport and deal with her hot mess. Caleb is the Assistant Equipment Manager for the team and a surfer boy at heart. I love his nickname for Rachel. He is a true knight in shining armor.I love it when the author uses double entendres. It makes it so fun to read. Her new life and new job just collided with her dreams. I love the interconnected relationships and characters. It makes it so much more fun to read when they get surprised. I thought the chemistry with Caleb was hot; Jake is even more desirable, and the history between them is smoking. What will she do?I love that the author incorporates fun, relaxed, steamy scenes and some angsty tension. I suspected, but now it is confirmed, and I can't wait to see where the story goes with that info. Rachel is a bombshell in this book, going from timid to on fire. This storyline definitely takes a turn for the sauna, and I have no clue how it all works out, but I'll enjoy the sizzling scenes. Jake and Caleb are not quite what I expected, but they also work. This story is all kinds of kinky, naughty, and erotic. I am still determining what will happen. But this is definitely gonna burn up your Kindle.Omg, the small-world connections continue and amaze you at the same time. As if two weren't enough, let's add in a third, and wow, the author doesn't spare the kinky details. The polyamorous relationship is very steamy in this book, but I love the story anyway. From heartbreaking fears to heart-wrenching moments on the ice, the author brings you back to reality and leaves you gasping. I love all the characters, from the firm but scared doctor to the stoic goalie and, of course, Caleb and Jake as well.

Hands down my favorite poly romance within a hockey universe!!! I couldn’t put it down. Rachel and her men are so funny and refreshing. Emily’s writing is hilarious! There is something I love about each one of these main characters.l and found myself loving all the side characters too hoping for books about all of them. Honestly, this book is pure perfection in my eyes! I thought it was funny, quirky, romantic, eye opening into the polyamory, and down right spicy!!!

I would say this is a 3.5 star read for me!I think Emily Rath did a great job and crafting three men that I fell in love with! I seriously loved each of the guys so much and loved as more of their relationship unfolded.This was definitely a spice driven plot and it was spicy! I personally prefer a plot driven spice and I did feel like it became too much at one point. Some of the dialogue during these scenes also had me cringing haha.I think the book did a great job at really showcasing a polyamorous relationship and really tackling that topic as a whole! It was so intriguing to see how they all worked together as a family!I do think it could have been shorter for sure!Overall it was a good read. Nothing crazy amazing but definitely entertaining and easy!

Please save yourself from reading this. The characters have 0 personalities, their pov's can't be differentiated, and the plot is so lame. The spice of this book is boring because it is ruined by the dialogue. If I could, I would give this book a 0.

Omg!!!! I've recently really got into, why choose romances, and always felt like something was missing, like the guys liking each other. And when Caleb and Jake started they love??? I SCREAMED.it's was just perfect, the writing it's amazing, inglish it's not my Frist language, so to read the book and understand everything, just muah.Also the way I feel in love with Mars, he came in shy, and then boom just shock after shock, I'm sooooooooo excited for the next book. aaaaaaaaaa

I love this. It’s all those books where you wish you had more; more depth, more characterization, just more. I loved how the relationship came together, how it developed and evolved. Each character is unique and funny, flawed and so full of love. I loved how long it was. It was sweet with minimal angst. Like a big mug of hot cocoa on a cold night.It’s a why-choose hockey romance (MMFM) that doesn’t skimp on the details. Lots of spice. A very enjoyable read.

I devoured this book in 4 days, I’ve wanted to read this for a while & I’m so annoyed I waited so long! I was hooked from the get go (the prequel novella) & I have abandoned all my tbr to read the rest of the series 😂The boys, oh my god they’re all so different but their love for Rachel had me swoooooning so much. Jake has my heart but I think Ilmari is my fave, I love a cinnamon roll but also love a man of few words (amazing words, at that) Cay is a deeper character that I wish I knew a little more about but his pain and suffering was felt so much through the book and I just wanted to cuddle him. I’m SO happy he gets what he always wanted 😫Rachel has got to be one of the best fmc’s I’ve read about. Her banter, personality and aura had me straight from the jump. Her mouth is hilarious & filthy and I’d fall in love with her too🤷🏼‍♀️The smut was some of the filthiest, deprived & romantic I’ve read and I loved every single scene 😄 if you’re here for anything, the smut is worth the 700+ pages!I loved Emily’s writing and felt so entrapped by her way of story telling. I’ll be reading everything now 🫶🏻

I absolutely loved this book so much! I read it last month as a buddy read with one of my friends. She has just gotten her kindle and was (and still is) in a totally ban of hockey romance so this book was just perfect for a buddy read. We both absolutely loved it from start to finish. This is a mfmm hockey romance. Rachel meets Jake in Seattle without knowing who they are. This interaction takes place in the prequel novella. Rachel ends up taking a fellowship as a physical therapist with a hockey team that of course Jake is a player of. There is also Jake’s best friend the equipment manager and a stubborn goalie who is hiding an injury.Let’s just say all these characters together are going through some stuff and reading this book was absolutely amazing. It is a standalone but it is part of a series as book two doesn’t center around the same couple.
