High quality packaging, tablet contents in perfect condition even though it was delivered on a very hot day. This product is fantastic! The 60 tablets come in a sealed pouch, and depending on how many you take daily (1 or 2), it lasts a month or two. They're pretty big, but surprisingly easy to swallow with no weird smell or aftertaste. I'd suggest having them with food to avoid any indigestion.I've been taking two daily, and as long as I take them with food, I don’t get indigestion but I haven’t really noticed much of a difference otherwise. The tablets have all the nutrients I need, so I can ditch some other supplements which is nice. Plus, they're totally tasteless and odorless – a win in my book!

My husband aged 43, has started taking 2 per day, one with breakfast and one with his evening meal. He is hoping it enhances his workout sessions at the gym and provides a much needed boost of energy and an increase in stamina and endurance levels.It has only been a week and so far so good in terms of any undesirable side effects but as with any supplements, results are not noticeable overnight and will need a good few months to reap the rewards and see optimal benefits so we will report back and edit this review accordingly, hopefully being able to add the remaining two more stars.He is sleeping better one week in, which he credits to the magnesium component of this supplement. It also contains generous amounts of zinc, vitamin D3 (the sunshine vitamin, which also helps in the efficient absorption of the magnesium), vitamin B6 and 10mg of Boron.2 capsules are classed as a serving and the packet contains 60 capsules so therefore a month's supply. A great product of high quality. They come in a sealed foil pouch, there are 60 tablets in the pack that will last you 1 or 2 months depending on the dosage you take, 1 or 2 tablets a day. The tablets are quite large but I found them easy to swallow, they have no odour and leave no after taste in the mouth. I have been taking 1 a day for a while and have not felt as tired during the day as I did.
