Honestly, I’ve never taken probiotics before. These were easy to remember, because I looked forward to the amazing taste every morning.After the first week, I noticed that I was sleeping much deeper, and waking up feeling like I could conquer my day, opposed to just getting through it. Due to getting amazing sleep at night, I noticed an increase in my energy levels.My work requires me to remember and recall a lot of information.
