The supplements worked as expected, they had a pretty strong taste to them, but overall not too bad. Though they worked as expected, I think there are options that cut down on the filler ingredients that may be a better option.

I just got this product a few weeks ago and am really impressed! I usually cut my nails once a week and now I need to cut them every three days! I seems to be working very quickly. Also, I noticed I do not experience any bloating which has often happened in the past with other collagen supplements. This works!

Was excited to try this. Made in USA. I take 3 capsule dose in morning after breakfast. Label states ' do not exceed dose'. Contains 4 types of collagen, fish, chicken, eggshell, bovine. Includes hyaluronic acid. I was unsure of the ashwaganda because I haven't done well on this previously but it isn't bothering me in this. What is the burn? I am guessing the 'burn' element comes from the paradise seed content? Have been taking for 2 weeks and have not felt any effect, negative or positive.

These supplements are very good. All those vitamins and supplements are very good on there own, but mixed together, they are a power house for your immune system. They are incredibly easy to swallow, and have no taste at all.

Will continue to take over time in hopes to notice a difference.
