Mahon cheese from Menorca 850g

I bought this cheese as a special surprise treat for my son who loves it. It came promptly and was beautifully wrapped in insulating cardboard with two double cool blocks to keep it fresh.The use by date was months away so no problems with freshness.It is rather expensive as cheese goes, but a lot cheaper than a flight to Menorca to buy it where I usually get it! My son was absolutely delighted with it and I didn't even get a taste....

If you have ever been to Menorca then you know the taste of Mahon cheese. This is the slightly milder version of the Artisan cheese which is very strong, similar in strength to Parmesan. Great for use in cooking and toppings but lovely to eat after meals with the usual accompanyments. Great price comparing it to the usual cheese purchases.

Excellent cheese, but not as good flavour as the Mahone Coinga cheese is - but trying to buy Coinga cheese in the UK can be difficult!

Excellent product, Delivered next day in a cool bag with ice pack, I could not of been happier.
