I think this is helping my skin look better recently. It is less dull and more clear than it usually is. I don't take anything else for my skin and skincare alone doesn't help so this must be it!

Easy to swallow. Works well, with no bad aftertaste.

I take this supplement every morning with a few others. I generally take it on an empty stomach and it doesn’t bother me at all. It’s impossible to say whether it has helped health wise, but I’d like to think so.

I've been taking these daily for a full month. I like that the capsules made in the USA and the brand seems established, though I've never seen it in a store (only online). The niacinamide comes as a white powder in a clear capsule. They are a little large, not hard to swallow, but sometimes feel like they get stuck going down so make sure you drink a full glass of water after taking one. You get a 120 day supply and I feel it's a pretty good value.The bottle promotes the skin benefits of niacinamide, but it's been clinically proven to help with joint health, which is why I was interested in it. I feel like it's met my expectations in that regard, but have seen nothing in regards to skin health or blemishes. I have not felt any ill effects to date from taking these.

I've added this flush free, Safrel Niacinamide supplement to my routine to help with keeping my cholesterol in check.For less than $9 dollars, for a 4 months supply of easy to swallow capsules is great.I was waiting for the "tingle"..no tingle. No flush.Some would say that you need to feel the FLUSH, not for me.This supplement is added to my routine, I have blood work to be done before the end of this year, I will come back to update about my cholesterol levels.So far..no flush and I have a great confidence that they are good for me.Please do your own research and consult with your own Healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

Safrel Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) 500mg, 120 Capsules - Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Flush FreeI've had issues with flushing in the past and was drawn to the no flush aspect of these niacinamide capsules. The capsules themselves are about as long as a United States quarter is wide. Some have more air in them than others, but they are pretty consistent. I like that they are made in the USA, and are non GMO.I have a hard time swallowing pills and capsules and these are on the larger side for me. I make sure to have a glass of water to help flush them down. I've not had any 'explode' or puff on me (the capsule disintegrates while its still in my throat and is dusty/quite unpleasant), and I've had pretty good luck getting most of these down. I haven't had any flushing, Yay!.These are just under $9 at time of review and I feel that is a good price and would order these again if I notice improvement in my skin at the end of my 3 month supply.

I'm a big fan of B vitamins so I take supplements because I don't think I get enough from my diet. This is the first time I've taken B3 as a separate supplement which I decided to start based on the benefits listed as "Vitamin B3 Supports Cellular Energy Metabolism & Repair, Vitality, Healthy Aging of Heart, Brain & Muscle." Per the instructions, I do not take it on an empty stomach, and I have not had any flushing or other side effects. Hopefully, over time taking additional B3 will deliver the stated health advantages. I'm happy with this brand of B3, and it's so easy to just have it delivered to my doorstep.

Overall, I think this is a good B3 supplement. I swapped it in place of my previous brand, and it seems to be just as effective for skin health. The price is great, but my one concern is that I really would have liked to see a GMP or 3rd party testing logo on them. The recommended dosage is one capsule, and they are standard size with no taste or smell so it's easy to add to an existing supplement regimen. Overall, not bad.
